A great opportunity for large families. This 300m2 house, located in a quiet residential area, is made up of 2 apartments with a large common room of 65 m². Each apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 additional shower. A garage serving as storage for bikes, surfboards, storage shelves etc.
A beautiful terrace of 165 m² around the swimming pool heated to 28 degrees of 9 X 4.5 m and the spa heated to 34 degrees of 6 places for a pleasant relaxation.
6 km from the beaches by the numerous cycle paths, 7 km from Soulac, 20 km from the Verdon and the Cordouan lighthouse.

Great holiday rental

The property is large and easily accommodated our party (9 guests) and could have taken more guests too. The outside space was fantastic and all the children loved the pool. The inside dining area was spacious and the kitchens were well stocked. The sleeping accommodation was great - beds were comfortable and to have air conditioning was a real bonus. The location of the property is fantastic with the beach only a few km away. The owner was super helpful and although doesn’t speak English used technology really well to ensure we understood. Overall, I would say a great place for two families to have a really comfortable and relaxing holiday.

Perfekt für große Familien

Wir haben viel Zeit im Haus und am Pool verbracht. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Kühlschrank mit Wasserspender und Eiswürfeln war sehr praktisch. Der Whirlpool war mein persönliches Highlight. Der Ort ist klein, aber sehr schön. Zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Die Wände sind hellhörig, aber man kann eine große Türe zwischen den Appartements schließen, damit die Kinder schlafen können. Wir kommen gerne wieder.😊

Sehr netter Vermieter!! Freundlich, hilfsbereit, unkompliziert.
