Nous sommes un couple avec deux enfants de 6 et 8 ans et nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette location.Voici de mon point de vue les points puis les -. Points :Rapport qualité prix.Cuisine bien équipée: frigo américain, four, four à micro ondes, lave vaisselle. (Petit bémol pour les plaques vitro céramique qui demandent de la patience pour faire bouillir un gros volume d'eau) et également un barbecue extérieur à charbon qualitatif.Piscine, grande, agréable, avec abri pour la température et la sécurité, sans vis à vis.Le grand portail qui permet de rentrer facilement sa voiture (même avec une remorque). Grand abri extérieur pour stocker vélos, remorque et matériel de plage.Tuyau d'arrosage extérieur pour retirer le sable avant de rentrer dans la maison. Machine à laver, grand étendoir intérieur fils à linge extérieur pinces à linge.Petite supérette, resto sympa et boulangerie à proximité immédiate. Environnement calme et tranquille. Chemin devant la maison peu fréquenté. Beaucoup d'équipements et de consommables.Les points -(qui sont mon ressenti et n'engagent que moi)Terrasse qui n'est plus ombragée dès 16h.Localisation un peu loin des plages et des villes pour tout faire à vélo. (15/20 minutes pour la plage 50 minutes pour Soulac ou Montalivet)La gestion des déchetsManque un aspirateurEau de la piscine trop chlorée.Communication avec le vendeur un peu light à mon goût.Dans l'ensemble nous avons passés deux très bonnes semaines dans cette maison.

Sehr schönes Haus mit privatem Pool

Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr sauber, hat eine große Terrasse und einen beheizten Pool. Zum sehr schönen Strand „Le Gurp“ fährt man mit dem Auto in unter zehn Minuten. Dort herrscht eine entspannte Atmosphäre und es stehen immer ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Tolle Unterkunft / erholsamer Urlaub

Das Haus ist klasse. Super sauber, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind sehr schmal (für zwei große Erwachsene), ansonsten aber gemütlich und mit angenehmer Bettwäsche ausgestattet. Breitere Betten würden auch nicht in die Schlafzimmer passen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Schlafcouch, dorthin kann man ausweichen. Aber der Kühlschrank, in der offenen Küche, ist sehr laut. Der Außenbereich mit dem großen Pool ist das Highlight. Komplett eingezäunt, ist Privatsphäre garantiert. Das Auto steht hinter einem abschliessbaren Tor. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Ein Bäcker (sehr lecker) ist fussläufig erreichbar. Auch ein kleiner Sparmarkt ist in der Nähe. Zu den größeren Supermärkten fährt man mit dem Auto. Einige Ausflüge sind nur machbar, wenn man die Fähre benutzt. Mit dem Auto sind es dann 50 Euro pro Fahrt (2 Erw. u. 2 Kids unter 12). Nach Bordeux würde man knapp 2 Stunden fahren. Zum nächsten Strand fährt man aber max. 10 Minuten. Einen Stern haben wir abgezogen, weil die Holzumrandung des Pools verschlissen ist, was uns einige Holzsplitter in Händen und Füßen beschert hat. Aber dies wurde bereits mit den Vermietern geklärt und wird im September behoben. Der Check-In funktioniert problemlos über eine Schlüsselbox und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuverlässig. Sie antworten schnell und kommen vorbei, wenn man Fragen hat. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage im Wohn-/Essbereich. Insgesamt: Schönes Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Erholung pur von der ersten Minute an

Wir trafen ein voll eingerichtetes supersauberes Haus an. Alles recht neu und modern eingerichtet, Riesenkühlschrank und eine sehr geräumige offene Dusche. Die überdachte Außenterrasse und der Pool waren toll - die Einzäunung so hoch, dass man sich nicht eingesperrt fühlte, aber von den Nachbarn doch getrennt war. Der sehr nette Vermieter kam nach Terminabsprache kurz vorbei und gab noch Hinweise - die Unterkunftsanleitung wäre aber voll hinreichend gewesen. Er ist mit Recht stolz auf sein kleines und feines Urlaubshäuschen!

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist schön ruhig und bei unseren Abendspaziergängen mit unserem Hund konnten wir jeden Abend Rehe beobachten. Wunderschöne lange Strände sind schnell erreichbar. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist der beheizte Pool, den wir trotz wechselhaftem Wetter gut nutzen konnten. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Ruhe pur

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus sehr genossen und schöne Radtouren gemacht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Strände (5 min mit dem Auto) bieten tolle Wellen und feinen Sand. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und konnten auch den sehr sauberen Pool genießen. Doris und Klaus

Super neu und angenehm!!!

Das Feriwngaus war sehr neu und sehr sauber. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem! Das Bad ist super ausgestattet, alles modern sauber und angenehm! In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht! Der Pool ist herrlich warm und sehr angenehm! Die Umgebung ist ruhig! Strand in LeGurp ist schnell zu erreichen. Auch Montalivet und Soulac sind nah. Tolle Strände mit super Wellen und viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Märkte. Der Checkin war unkompliziert und der Vermieter sehr nett und zurückhaltend. Wir hatten eine großartige Woche! Herzlichen Dank!

Très très belle maison!

Très belles prestations pour cette maison dans un charmant village très calme mais proche des plages et villes plus actives. Maison quasi neuve et très bien équipée. Elle correspond totalement à la description. Le vrai plus pour les séjours "hors saison" comme nous (mi juin) ou les températures peuvent être parfois un peu juste : l'abri piscine qui permet de se baigner malgré le petit frais. Je recommande et nous reviendrons ! Merci pour tout.

Schöne Unterkunft im Médoc

Wir hatten für eine knappe Woche diese wunderschöne Unterkunft gemietet und waren sowohl von dem netten Vermieter, wie auch dem tollen und gepflegten Haus sehr angetan. Super Urlaub

Der Check-in war super entspannt, das Haus tip top sauber und ausgestattet, der Pool das beste überhaupt, da hier aufgrund des hohen blickdichten Zauns maximal mögliche Privatsphäre gegeben war. Waschmaschine ein absoluter Pluspunkt. Der Herd könnte ein wenig mehr Power haben (Nudelwasser heiß machen oder Fleisch anbraten dauert schon ein wenig....). Praktisch, dass 2 Toiletten vorhanden sind. Kingsize Betten (Queensize vor Ort) wären toll, aber aufgrund der kleinen Schlafzimmer wohl nicht möglich. Tolle Gegend dort und freundliche Menschen wo wir hinkamen. Ein Ort für Ruhe und Entspannung.

Tiptop Ferienhaus

War alles bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Check in und Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber war unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Der Pool hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Die Waschmaschine war ein großer Pluspunkt, da wir mit wenig Gepäck anreisen mussten. Mega war die große Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, das erspart häufige Einkäufe. Zum Bäcker (einfach mega lecker) sind es 10 min Fußweg. Es gibt im Ort einen kleinen Spar für das nötigste. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Carrefour (20 min) und der E.Leclerc (25 min) in Lesparre-Médoc. Da bekommt man wirklich alles. Leckeres! Obst und Gemüse sind in der Markthalle und auf dem Markt (nebeneinander) in Vendays-Montalivet zu bekommen. Hier findet man auch nette Handwerkskunst. Die Straße Richtung Strand sind ebenfalls nette Geschäfte zu finden. Dass wir einen Hund dabei hatten waren wir aufs Auto zum täglichen Strandausflug angewiesen. Dauerte aber nur 10 min bis dorthin. Wir haben zwischen Vendays-Montalivet und dem Naturistencamp einen sehr langen wunderschönen Strandabchnitt gefunden, an dem Hunde erlaubt sind. Parken war auch kein Problem. Ein kleines Manko gibt’s bei der Internetverbindung in der Unterkunft. Das hat nicht immer reibungslos funktioniert und hatte auch mal Ausfälle. Das liegt aber nicht am WLAN des Vermieters sondern an der Netzabdeckung vor Ort. Ach ja und nicht zu vergessen das Festchen welches jeden Freitag Abend auf dem großen Platz nahe der Unterkunft stattfindet - zumindest in der Ferienzeit. Für das leibliche Wohl sorgten diverse Foodtrucks und Stände vom Burger über Pizza bis zum Dessert und einen Getränkeausschank. Musik gab’s on top!
