Near Soulac-sur-Mer, house for 6 pers private heated indoor pool

Near Soulac-sur-Mer and the Atlantic beaches, this air-conditioned chalet-style house sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms) and features a private, covered, heated swimming pool (6x4m) open from mid-April to the end of September. In front of the house, there is a 100m² wooden terrace with a large shade sail, a covered area with a table, 8 chairs, garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue. Two adult bicycles are included in the price.

The garden is fully enclosed.
Shops are nearby (1.5km). The house includes 3 bedrooms for 6 people, a living room, a pantry, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped (new) kitchen, and a separate toilet. Free internet access is available. Enjoy watersports and horseback riding on the beach or in the forest. The Euronat thalassotherapy center is 1.5km away.

The kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator with ice maker, built-in oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, microwave, and dishwasher.

Upstairs, the air-conditioned bedrooms are small (7 m²) but each has a 140 cm double bed and storage. Downstairs, there is a large master bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a walk-in shower, a vanity unit with sink, and storage.
The pool area is surrounded by a magnificent exotic garden. Thanks to the telescopic cover, night swimming is a delight, as you feel like you're in a bubble!

The house is located in the town of Grayan, 9 km from Soulac-sur-Mer (10 minutes by car) and 7 km from Montalivet. Our supervised beach is 3 km away, and you'll find sports activities for your children on site. Heading back towards Le Verdon-sur-Mer, you'll find a tourist port with restaurants and water sports activities (jet skiing, sailing lessons, etc.).

Located in the heart of the Médoc region, it's just a stone's throw from the Route des Châteaux (Wine Route) with its world-renowned vineyards!
Just 10 km further north, you can take the ferry to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a day trip.
Further south (an hour's drive), you'll find the Arcachon Basin with the Dune du Pilat and its oyster beds, where tastings are available with a view of Île aux Oiseaux (Bird Island)!

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit den Dingen die man benötigt. Das Haus war sauber als wir eingecheckt sind. Konnten auch früher einchecken als eigentlich üblich. voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Side-by-Side Kühlschrank, Geschirr etc. Die Schlafräume sind praktisch ausgestattet. Bettwäsche bringt man am besten selber mit. Wir hatten uns die ausgeliehen, leider waren die Wäsche-Pakete nicht so gut gepackt und es war nicht ganz vollständig. Wir konnten uns aber behelfen. Badezimmer ordentlich und Saueber. Im Inserat sind 2 Badezimmer angegeben. LEIDER und das monieren wir war es tatsächlich nur ein Badezimmer und Toilette. Das hat die Sache etwas kompliziert gemacht, weil zwei der Erwachsenen eine Gastritis bekommen haben und sich dann irgendwie "abwechseln" mussten mit dem Toiletten sitzen. Ansonsten ist diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert. Fahrzeit zum Strand ca. 10 Minuten. Sonst ruhig gelegen und absolut schön

Alles tip top!!!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist super geschnitten, schön eingerichtet und gepflegt. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung sehr umfassend, man hat alles, was man braucht, nur beim Besteck könnte etwas aufgestockt werden. Der Außenbereich ist wunderschön gestaltet, viel Holz, mehrere Sonnenliegen, der große Pool und eine geräumige überdachte Sitzecke. Alles wirklich toll!!! Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hat uns alles gut erklärt und war während des gesamten Aufenthalts immer für uns erreichbar. Vielen Dank für einen wirklich schönen Urlaub!

Schönes Haus

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön. Das Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, so dass sich unser Hund frei bewegen konnte. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm. In gut fünf Minuten war man mit dem Auto am Strand.

Propriété très agréable pour un séjour reposant au milieu des pins et proche de l'océan. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion de vite revenir dans cette belle région et pourquoi pas dans ce chalet pour profiter de sa belle piscine. M Tiffon est en plus très sympathique ce qui ne gâche rien. À bientôt !

Très bon moment passé .... Sehr schöne Zeit verbracht

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette masion. On est copmlètement séparé du monde dehors. Le comble était la piscine couverte et chauffée ainsi que ce fabeuleux frigo servant du crushed ice ou des glacons en appuyant sur le bouton. La maison est équipée de tout et est climatisée. Bravo Mr. Tifon! Merci beaucoup pour notre séjour splendide Wir haben eine wundervolle Ferienwoche in diesem Haus verbracht. Man ist komplett zur Außenwelt abgeschirmt. Highlight war der eigene ( überdachte sowie beheizte) Pool sowie der tolle Kühlschrank, der cushed ice oder Eiswürfel auf Knopfdruck serviert. Das Haus selber ist komplett eingerichtet und besitzt eine Klimaanlage. M.Tiffon hat hier ganze Arbeit geleistet. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Très belle propriété au calme proche de Soulac sur Mer. La communication avec le propriétaire a été excellente, Mr Tiffon étant très arrangeant sur les horaires d'arrivée et de départ. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour en famille 2 enfants

Très bon séjour familial (2 enfants de 8 et 9 ans) d'une semaine dans un calme agréable en lisière de forêt où on entend les oiseaux chanter. Plage à10min en voiture, promenades à cheval, balades à pied ou à vélo. Soulac à moins de 15 min avec son centre ville et très bons restaurants (je recommande "les chiens fous"!). Logement impeccable refait à neuf, belle cuisine entièrement équipée, et sa piscine couverte, atout majeur, qui nous a permis de décompresser et de nous reposer. De plus le mobilier d'extérieur nous a permis de manger en bord de piscine à l'abri du vent et des regards, un véritable cocon! Un grand merci à M. TIFFON pour sa disponibilité, sa discrétion et sa confiance. Idéal pour le repos, peu recommandé pour les clubbers et amateurs de soirées survoltées! Pour cela il faudra faire quelques km...
