Dusche, Poolbeleuchtung defekt und wurden auch nicht repariert. Beleuchtung überall kaltweiß. Nur ein Schlafzimmer mit einer Nachttischlampe. Keine Fliegengitter und schlechte Ausstattung an Töpfen. Teure Endreinigung, Optional!

Tolles Haus und Grundstück für einen total entspannten Urlaub

Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen lässt das Haus und die Einrichtung kaum Wünsche offen. Vielleicht wäre es ganz gut Grundzutaten wie Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer undEssig & Öl dort zu deponieren. Und im Bad und der Dusche fehlt es an Aufhänge- und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der Pool ist wirklich toll. Aber es ist ein wenig nervig dass man selbst Chlor nachfüllen muss damit das Wasser sauber bleibt. Toll ist der weitläufige Garten und die sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der nächste Bäcker ist nur ca. 900m entfernt. Ein kleiner SPAR Laden ca. 2 km entfernt. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Im Garten fehlt es nicht an Sitzmöglichkeit und man kann sehr gut entspannen.

ideaal vakantiehuisje

De ontvangst was heel hartelijk en het huisje was netjes. Alles werkte perfect en het zwembad was fantastisch. Je zit hier ook vlakbij vanalles, zoals het strand, wijnproeverijen, winkels, bistro's, ... Waar wij niet op gerekend hadden was de wachttijd aan de overzetboot in Royan, want daar is het in de zomer blijkbaar elke ZATERDAG enkele uren aanschuiven (meer dan 3 uur kwijtgeraakt zo). Op zondagen zou het veel minder lang aanschuiven zijn.

Vacances gâchées par les travaux.

La maison est très bien équipée et correspond en tous points à la description. En revanche, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué, l'environnement n'est pas calme. Les trois maisons voisines sont en travaux et cela commence dès 7h30, tous les jours de la semaine. Difficile dans ces conditions de se reposer ainsi que de profiter de la piscine. Dommage.

Très belle location

Location correspondant tout à fait à l’annonce. Rien ne manque très bien équipé et très propre. Literie de très bonne qualité. Lieu très calme repos assuré. Piscine très agréable et jardin parfaitement clôturé. Et pour la balade de Toutou un chemin qui mène directement dans la forêt juste en face de l’habitation.
