Excellent

Great house which is very well equipped and very comfortable. Kids loved the darts and pétanque area. Great situation with lots of cycling paths which go on for miles.

Soulac Paradise

An amazingly well-equipped and comfortable yet private villa just a stones throw from central Soulac. Beautiful pool. Comfortable beds with great linen. The ice-maker and coffee machine were a great bonus. We hired bikes for the 2 weeks of our stay which gave opportunities across the area to discover beaches, vineyards etc. Very cool Baine bar on the beach is perfect for sunsets. Early morning swims and coffee/crepes next to the sea. Idyllic.

Much needed family holiday

Perfect... Despite the language barrier the host communicated brilliantly in English and even though we had to re-book due to covid this was done seamlessly. The house was bigger than the photos suggest, three doubles downstairs and upstairs a further two doubles, one on the mezzanine and another separate room which was great for the kids! House had everything you needed and WiFi was great. Lidlys was 10 mins walk down the end of the road and the beach 5 mins by car. The pool was really warm and despite having a few issues with the filter they worked really hard to fix it quickly. This house was simply perfect for our family.

A wonderful house

We have been in this house for 19 days in summer 2022 with four persons. Our time there was perfect: We went to the beach by bike every day (less than 10 minutes) but also used the pool a couple of times a day. The way to the centre took 8 minutes by bike- so we could buy the daily baguettes there. The caretaker of the house was very friendly and helpful. We got the best tip for a restaurant from him! The kitchen in the house was perfectly equipped for daily cooking. We enjoyed all the poossibilities around the house to find comfortable places. This holidays were very relaxing for us. We‘d like to come back soon!

Ein wirklich schönes Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Begrüßung und Betreuung durch Thierry war super und sehr herzlich. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Mooi huis vlakbij het strand

Rustige buurt en toch op fietsafstand van het centrum. Fijn zwembad. 3 slaapkamers op begane grond waren prima. De vierde slaapkamer op de eerste etage hebben we niet gebruikt maar was wel erg warm in de zomer. Er zijn wel muggen dus hiermee rekening houden.Bijzonder dat de er een map is met foto’s en aantallen van al het keukengerei alsof we dat zouden meenemen, mogelijk is dat een Frans gebruik want dit hebben we nooit meegemaakt in Italië, Spanje of Oostenrijk.

De Belles Vacances

Nous avons tous très apprécié notre séjour à Soulac sur mer, la maison d'Evelyne est très bien située dans un quartier calme pendant notre période, un tout petit peu loin du centre si on y va à pied, 20mn, mais facilement faisable. Cette maison est très bien équipée, intérieur et extérieur, piscine, espace pour garer nos motos, terrain de pétanque... Nous conseillons fortement. Sylvie et ses amis

Unser Aufenthalt in Soulac sur mehr war sehr entspannend und angenehm. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gut ausgestattet, der Pool war toll und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Super Haus mit Pool & eigenem Bouleplatz

Wir haben mit Freunden einen tollen Urlaub in Soulac-sur-Mer verbracht. Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist in einer Wohngegend gelegen und einen Fußmarsch von ca. 15 Minuten vom nächsten Supermarkt und ca. 20 Minuten vom Ort und Plage central entfernt. Wir fanden das noch OK. Das Haus ist wirklich voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Alles sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle ungefähr gleich groß und haben Doppelbetten. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Highlights für uns: Pool, Dartscheibe und ein eigener Bouleplatz mit Licht hinterm Haus. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Toller Urlaub, tolles Haus

Super Lage, sehr ruhige Umgebungen mitten in einem Villenviertel. Alles ist bequem mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Toller Pool, gute Küchenausstattung. Freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très bien équipée et Soulac une ville charmante. Beau marché, belles plages. École de surf proche. Je recommande la location d’un vélo pour en profiter d’avantage ! Hôtes charmants qui ont tout fait pour que nous passions un bon séjour. Merci !

Famille très sympathique avec laquelle nous avons eu un très bon contact. Il est vrai que les pistes cyclables très proches incitent à posséder un vélo mais il y a des possibilités de location dans Soulac. Nous sommes prêts à accueillir à nouveau cette famille si pour elle l'occasion se représente.

Séjour reposant

La maison est conforme à l'annonce et le quartier est très calme. La maison est situé à 5 minutes en vélo de la plage de la naiade et 5 à 10 minutes de vélo du centre ville. Notre séjour a été très agréable.

Des vacances reposantes

Tres bonnes vacances à soulac. Maison très belle. Super piscine et terrasse. Calme assuré. Pas de vis à vis .Il y a tout le confort nécessaire. Super cuisine avec des accessoires de qualité et de bon goût. Livres et jeux pour tous dispo, c est un plus. Propriétaires très réactifs en cas de pb. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
