On a 600 m² plot with no overlooking neighbors, this air-conditioned house offers 100 m² of living space and sleeps 6 people. It features 3 bedrooms, including a large master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity unit.

The two other bedrooms are located upstairs.

The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, American-style refrigerator with ice maker, built-in oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, microwave, and dishwasher.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and on the pool terrace.

In addition to the terrace in front of the house with its shade sail, you have a second 200m² wooden terrace surrounding the private, covered, heated swimming pool and 6-person jacuzzi, facing south with lounge chairs, parasols, and a solar shower.
This relaxation area awaits you around the barbecue for unforgettable evenings!
For meals sheltered from the sun or rain, the covered patio offers a 20m² space with a table and chairs.
For relaxation and entertainment for all ages, there is a ping-pong table and a foosball table (balls and paddles provided).
Two adult bicycles are included in the price. Additional bicycles can be rented if needed for an extra €50 per week or €70 per fortnight.

Located in the heart of the Médoc region, just a stone's throw from the wine route with its world-renowned vineyards! Heading 10 km upstream, you'll find the ferry that can take you to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a day trip.

Further south (an hour's drive), you'll find the Arcachon Basin with the Dune du Pilat and its oyster beds, where tastings are possible with a view of Île aux Oiseaux (Bird Island)!
You can also visit the banks of the Gironde estuary with its fishing huts on stilts and small restaurants called "guinguettes." The numerous morning markets in Soulac-sur-Mer and Montalivet are a great way to spend time with the family. And don't forget all the nearby night markets (less than 10 km away) where you can sample local products while enjoying live music!
