Near SOULAC / MER air-conditioned house of 130 M² in an exotic setting with private swimming pool (6x4) covered (heated to 28 ° from April to November), surrounded by a wooden terrace of 120 M² with Jacuzzi for 5 people, Infrared sauna for 3 people and fitness room with fitness equipment.
Even in case of rain you can swim thanks to the pool enclosure !!Nice night swim because you are like in a bubble !!!
Internet access . 4 adult bikes are provided free of charge. It is located 4 km from the ocean and is surrounded by a 400 m² enclosed garden. It consists of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (including a sofa bed in the mezzanine). A living room, a lounge, a kitchen with all the comforts (a washing machine, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a normal coffee maker and a 'Tassimo', toaster and a large fridge-freezer. A bathroom with shower cubicle, a sink and a toilet. An outdoor solar shower
 Horse riding nearby and forest 100 M away. Market every morning in Soulac / mer and Montalivet. Located in the heart of the Médoc, a stone's throw from the castle route with these vineyards known all over the world !!
Going up 10 km you have the ferry that can take you to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a day trip.
Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and these oyster beds, tastings on site possible with a view of Bird Island !!

Wir hatten einen entspannten und schönen Urlaub in dem Haus. Schöner gepflegter Pool und nicht einsehbarer Aussenbereich. Die Fahrräder sind ein nettes Extra um die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Es war ein ganz schöner Aufenthalt

Es hat alles super geklappt. Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Eigentümer. Als der Poolroboter nicht mehr funktionierte wurde dieser umgehend ersetzt. Leider ist bei uns auch noch der Geschirrspüler ausgestiegen, für uns unangenehm. Auch hier war die Betreuung durch Herr Tiffon hervorragend und auch dieser wurde gleich ersetzt. Es ist ein tolles Haus, es ist alles vorhanden, absolute Privatsphäre. Ja es ist ein Holzhaus, also etwas ringhörig. Pool und Jacuzzi waren super. Die Lage für uns genial mit Hunden, Wald um die Ecke, dass Meer nicht weit, der Einkauf um die Ecke. Was noch super wäre evtl. vorne auch ein Sonnensegel für Auto und Mückennetze vor den Fenstern wäre sehr angenehm, damit man die Fenster auch Nachts ohne Bedenken auflassen kann. Betten und selbst das Sofabett unten sehr bequem. Würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Danke Herr Tiffon

Einfach wunderbar und Erholung

Ein wunderbares Haus mit allen Extras. Jacuzzi und Pool und insgesamt die Anlage waren 1a gereinigt! Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und der Vermieter ist äußerst nett. Ich werde gerne nochmal wiederkommen.

schöne Terasse mit zwei tollen Pools

Schöne Anlage mit zwei tollens Pools - so muss Urlaub sein. Die Terasse ist wirklich wunderbar! Im Haus war soweit auch alles gut, bis auf paar Kleinigkeiten (die Schlafzimmer sind aus unserer Sicht etwas klein und die Türklinke ist auch noch kaputt). Eine schöne Tischtennisplatte ist noch vorhanden und vier ältere Fahrräder. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, bei uns war die Sicherung vom Pool rausgefallen und er kam sofort vor Ort. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit - danke dafür!

Perfect retreat

Sylvain's property perfectly matched our needs. All was clean and in good shape. Communication was quick and always great. We would not recommend the house for persons with a dog that is used to move around freely on all levels of a house. The stairs are quite steep and slippery. We solved the issue by placing a suitcase in front of the stairs to hinder our large dog from trying. Other than that all was perfect and we are thinking about returning one day.

sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut, er war sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage zum Meer, und Stränden sowie zu Ausflugsziele war perfekt. Das Objekt insgesamt sehr schön (Pool, Whirlpool). Die 3 Schlafzimmer waren im oberen Bereich. Da wir keine "Riesen" sind, war für uns die z.T. niedrige Deckenhöhe kein Problem. Es gab nur eine Sache zu bemängeln: Der Eingangsbereich war mit 2 Türen gesichert (1 Tür befestigt im Innenbereich und 1 Tür befestigt im Außenbereich). Die Haustürklinke der innenliegenden Tür war defekt. Die äußere Holztür war mit Schloss und Riegel versehen und damit war ein Abschließen dieser Tür ohne Probleme möglich war. Die Markthalle von Soulac sur Mer ist zu empfehlen.

Très agréable

Très bon séjour. Bon contact avec le propriétaire. De nombreux équipements proposés et une vraie télé (pas un timbre poste). Une piscine et un jacuzzi de grande taille, mais qui nécessitent un entretien journalier. Contrairement à ce que j'avais compris dans l'annonce, les chambres ne sont pas vraiment climatisées. c'est le couloir qui dessert les chambres qui l'ait. il faut laisser les portes des chambres ouvertes. pas toujours simple quand il y a un ronfleur :-) Je recommande cette location.

Sur l'annonce il est indiqué "tout l'étage est climatisé" Il est très difficile , trop onéreux et trop bruyant de mettre une climatisation par chambre ! Il suffit de laisser les portes des chambres ouvertes et de mettre la climatisation à fond pendant une heure avant d'aller au lit . Cela suffit normalement . Au plaisir de vous recevoir . SYLVAIN

Beau séjour, la piscine chauffée à 29°, le Jacuzzi et le sauna très agréable pour un instant à soi Je pense y retourner. Le jardin/terrasse est aménagé avec gout. Nous pensons y retourner bientôt

Équipements extérieurs au top

Équipements extérieurs au top et bien aménagés! Jacuzzi et piscine parfaitement agencés, entourés de végétations. Sauna de bonne taille, barbecue bien utile (même si au gaz serait plus pratique pour une location) Équipements intérieurs pratiques, cuisine fonctionnelle. Mais la salle de bain plutôt décevante comparé au reste car assez désuète, et douche bien usée avec odeurs des égouts, wc dans la salle de bain pas très pratique pour logement à plusieurs. Étage climatisé qui rafraîchit aussi le bas si on laisse la clim tournée longtemps, mais il faut laisser les portes des chambres ouvertes pour profiter de la climatisation sinon on a vite chaud sous les combles (les chambres n'ont pas leur propre unité de climatisation)

Bonjour , Normalement la climatisation suffit pour tout l'étage . De gros travaux seront effectués l'année prochaine et entre autre une nouvelle salle d'eau et un wc séparé . Désolé , mais avec les événements l'entreprise n'a pas pu faire tout cela pour 2020 A l'année prochaine .

Séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé, pour la seconde année consécutive, une très bonne semaine de vacances! Il ne manque rien dans la maison, la piscine est parfaite! Notre fils de 7 ans ne l’a pas quittée de la semaine! Le jacuzzi et les équipements de sport sont clairement du bonus qui fait plaisir! M.Tiffon est chaleureux et disponible en cas de besoin.
