About this property

EURONAT, CHALET, 64m2, large south-west terrace, magnificent garden

In the naturist center of Euronat, between Montalivet and Soulac, magnificent 64m² detached Lande-type chalet, in a beautiful garden surrounded by shrubs and almost closed and discreet, two beautiful and large terraces, well oriented, two bedrooms including a very large one. Large living room with sofa overlooking the garden, bathroom, washing machine, well-equipped kitchen. Garden furniture, deckchairs, tables, chairs, WI-FI, outdoor hot shower, carport.
The chalet is well located between the sea and the village and the shops
The house is shaded by pine trees. The houses are scattered in the pine forest - up to the ocean and its kilometers of nudist sandy beach, by bicycle or by car, a few minutes through the camp and the sand dunes.
In the center of many shops: butcher, bakery, grocery stores, wine store, food stall, restaurants, cafes, hair salons.
There are also facilities (pétanque, archery, outdoor dance, tennis, horse riding) and a large indoor pool (slide), a massage system sauna spa
Pass card and tourist tax to be paid to Euronat upon arrival.
Pass package: per day and per person over 6 years old), count around € 5 per day and per person. There are family packages.
The PASS Package includes:
-The reception of tenants and the establishment of an attendance sheet,
-The delivery of the chalet key and the provision of a sticker for the vehicle,
-The delivery of a detailed plan of the village, the entertainment program, etc.,
-Pets welcome

Out of season, if you are coming for 1 or 2 people or with a baby, contact us so that we can adopt the rental price. Rentals start on Saturday normally. The accommodation is available from 2 p.m. and must be vacated on the day of departure before 10 a.m.
A deposit of 300 € is requested on your arrival and reimbursed on your departure if the accommodation is left clean and without damage

- Cleaning: 80 € (if you don't want to do it yourself when you leave)
- Animal: 50 € (on request and only small animals), please declare the breed of your animal when booking.

Et bien tout ça est parfait ! Emplacement sur un grand terrain, sans vis à vis, ni proximité des voisins. Proche à la fois des commerces et de la plage. Tout peut se faire à pied. Visite d’une biche un soir, visite des écureuils, des pigeons ramiers, des tourterelles et autres oiseaux plusieurs fois par jour. Equipement très complet en LV et LL, ustensiles de cuisine. Grande chambre. Surface d’habitation grande et lumineuse. Accueil chaleureux. Propreté a l accueil sans reproche. Bref rien à de plus à dire !

Très bon séjour

Propriété très bien située tout en étant dans un endroit calme , jardin très agréable , ombre et soleil ... Équipement de la maison parfait rien ne manque, la literie est propre. L’accueil à la villa est chaleureux, le propriétaire à l’écoute au téléphone avant l’ arrivée.

Merveilleux, au calme, à 2 pas de la plage et du centre

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, très bien équipée. Il n'y a vraiment rien à redire. Il a un beau jardin, terrasse...Nous avons bien profité entre ballade sur la plage et la forêt, à pied et en vélo. Nous avons réservé pour l'année prochaine et conseillons cette propriété.
