Pretty villa of character of 240 m2, ideally placed vis-a-vis the sea and the beach, in the middle of the seaside resort very family and dynamic of saint-Palais on sea. It has a garden of 300 m2 with private pool, and 2 small parking spaces. Free public parking at 2 steps.
The house is in excellent condition, with a contemporary interior, and all the comforts desired.
All shops and the daily market (in season) are within walking distance.
Many activities are available to you, both sports (water sports, beautiful golf, tennis clay, horse riding, fishing, biking, petanque ....) Tourist (a plate will be available).
On the ground floor: entrance, 1 bedroom (bed 160) with sea view, shower room, wc, play room or computer (sea view), living room and open kitchen.
1st: 4 bedrooms including 2 adjoining (3 beds 140 and bunk beds, spacious shower room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities, separate toilet (2 bedrooms have a beautiful sea view)
2nd floor: 1 very large room with bed 140 (view on pines beach side), 1 normal room bed 140 and 1 room child bed 80, shower room, separate wc
Flower garden with swimming pool, garden table and chairs, sunbathing, barbecue / plancha, parasol

A lovely house by the sea

This spacious and well equiped house is right opposite the sandy beach in this lively seaside town. As a big plus there is also a good sized swimming pool and a pleasant garden with a large table and chairs for alfresco dining.There is a good selection of shops and restuarants in walking distance plus beautiful walks along the coast in both directions.A very enjoyable place to stay !

The house is truly fabulous, and brilliantly equipped. Location is probably the best in St Palais sur mer . Christine is just the perfect hostess and responded immediately to any queries we had . Would go back tomorrow.

FABULOUS SEASIDE HOME

From the ad we expected nice, but the reality was exceptional. This is a wonderful home with lots of space and an idyllic location. We could take our coffee across the street to the ocean and then walk to the bakery for croissants while they were still warm. Every shop we needed was in walking distance along with six or seven restaurants. This home is comfortable and immaculate. It is fully equipped and lacks nothing to make life by the sea thoroughly enjoyable. Christine is a reactive and charming host. Thanks from Canada, Christine!

Séjour parfait !!

En groupe de 13personnes pour une occasion particulière, nous avons énormément apprécié la maison : très bien placée sur la place centrale de saint palais, devant la plage, très bien équipée, et d’un charme fou ! Hôtesse charmante. Bel emplacement. Maison très agréable

Christine est très accueillante et la maison est très belle et adaptée pour un grand nombre. Il est juste dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée car avec le vent et malgré le soleil nous n’avons pas pu en profiter l’eau était beaucoup trop froide. Une douche fuyait et 2 salles de bain pour 8 adultes c’est un peu juste. Mais sinon séjour très agréable !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un logement d’exception. Nous voulons remercier Christine pour son accueil ,ses recommandations et sa gentillesse. La maison est immense et est très bien située. Une très belle terrasse et piscine privée la complètent. Le logement est littéralement face plage avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Les enfants adorent! il suffit de traverser la rue pour pouvoir piquer une tête dans la mer. Tout est accessible à pieds ( commerces, restaurants, un marché quotidien, etc.). Vue exceptionnelle pour les promenades à pieds et en vélo.

que du bonheur !

Tout était parfait, Christine est une personne en or. Gentille arrangeante, courtoise, du 1er contact à notre départ, elle a tout mis en oeuvre pour que notre séjour soit parfait. La maison est idéalement placée au coeur du village de St Palais, face à la grande plage. Les pièces sont grandes meublées avec gout et des meubles de qualités. La literie est parfaite et tout le monde trouve sa place et son intimité dans cette grande maison familiale. Le jardin est au calme. Nous avons hâte de revenir passer des moments agréables chez Christine.

Très belle maison

Notre séjour de quatre jours a été parfait. La maison est très grande et en très bon état grâce à une rénovation récente. Le jardin et la piscine sont très ensoleillés. La plage est de l'autre côté de la rue et les balades le long du littoral très faciles d'accès. Christine est très accueillante et disponible, petites attentions sympa à l'arrivée !

Un excellent séjour en famille à la maison Myosotis à St Palais

Myosotis est une maison spacieuse avec tout prévu pour 11 personnes. Magnifiquement situé dans le centre du village, à environ 50 m de la plage, de la mer, du marché, des restaurants et des magasins. Réception très accueillante. Chaudement recommandé.
