Located in the heart of Royan Park on Allée des Jasmins, this multi-level house can accommodate up to 10 people.
Its tree-lined garden and ocean view—visible from every floor, especially the sun deck—are absolutely magnificent and peaceful. You won’t need a car—everything is within walking distance (bakery, market, café, beach, newsstand, brasserie…).
The first entrance from outside leads directly to Level 1, providing direct access to a large bedroom (180-cm bed) that features a spacious lounge area with a sofa and a piano. The bedroom has its own terrace equipped with a grill, a table, and chairs.

From this room, you can step out onto a balcony that runs along the living area and its two floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy lunch on this balcony, which is furnished in the style of a Parisian terrace.
To the right of the entryway is the bedroom area, featuring a 140-cm bed, a separate toilet, and a bathroom.
The two floors are also connected by an interior staircase. Additionally, a third floor is accessible. This floor leads to the office (with a sea view), two bedrooms with 180-size beds—one of which has a balcony—and another bedroom with a 160-size bed.
On the same floor is a bathroom (walk-in shower) with a sink and a separate toilet.
The last few steps lead to the sun deck, offering a breathtaking view of the entire Royan Bay. You can also admire the rooftops of the Parc, the pine forest stretching towards Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, La Pointe de Graves, and the Cordouan Lighthouse towards La Palmyre.
The sun deck is equipped with all the necessary outdoor furniture to enjoy moments of peace and tranquility. Finally, you’ll have access to a griddle, a shower, and a double-basin sink.
At the very back of the house, there’s a locked garage where you can store bicycles and charge your electric vehicle (via a power outlet). You can park a vehicle in front of the garage.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the rental. The house provides an iron and an ironing board.
Linens are not included in the rental price, but we can provide them upon request.
Beds can be made upon request. Duvets and pillows are provided.
