Perched high in the pine trees, with a great view, is the other half of the Sport Chalet duplex. This unit has a granite rock fireplace in the living room, with a rustic pine mantle shelf, and is open to the dining area, with kitchen & skylights, to bring in that natural light.

Here you will be relaxing in a very roomy, split-level, private 2-bedroom 2-bath property that comfortably sleeps 6. This unit has a granite rock wood-burning fireplace in the living room, with a TV/DVD , and Starlink internet. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Due to Little Sports' unique mountain terrain, this property has 56 steps leading up to its main entrance. For most people, this is not a problem and is well worth the climb. There is 2 parking spots all year, sometimes 1 over winter months.

We arrived late, but check in was a breeze. We were able to access property without any problems. The kitchen had plenty of cookware for our needs! We grilled on the deck one evening too. Would certainly stay here again on another trip to Yosemite. The location was perfect for us.

Great location, convenient, clean, roomy

We loved our stay here. The rooms were convenient, tidy, clean, spacious, etc. The location couldn't have been more convenient, maybe 25-30 minutes to the valley, couple minutes away from the Glacier point road, 25 minutes to Wawona.

Great clean property. Suited us for our Yosemite stay. It would be helpful to know that there are significant steps up to the property. Thankfully we were all capable and managed to lift our luggage.

The house is "Almost" perfect. The Shower/Tub are a bit beatup but they work just fine and not much of a deal. The house itself is fantastic. WARNING ! If you have a bad heart or anyone in your group is of age, don't get this one. It is a HIKE to get all your stuff in the house. 56 or so steps and steep, took 2 trips to get ice chest stuff up. Most all of the amenities you would need. Ladies bring your blow drier. Beautiful view off the front deck. I would love to have this for myself if not for the steps up @ 4-5,000 feet elevation.

Great Property and Spectacular Location

Overall, we very much enjoyed this property. It is in a great location right in between Yosemite Valley and Wawona. It was plenty large enough for my family of 3 and had everything we needed for basic cooking. We also saw a few bears from the property, which was neat. The biggest drawback for us was that the unit does not have air conditioning , and we were there during a heat wave of highs in the 90s and 100s. It stayed about 85-90 degrees in the unit during our entire stay, even in the evenings with the windows open. There were two fans, but they didn’t help much. A box fan would have helped for the evenings. If you’re scheduling your trip during a time when it could be very hot, I would recommend booking elsewhere for that reason alone. We also messaged the property manager on one occasion and received only a form message back with general information about the property, but that didn’t end up mattering too much.

Beautiful Location

Loved staying at this cabin during our recent visit to Yosemite National Park! Comfortable place to relax after full days in Yosemite Valley. Appreciated the closeness to Yosemite Valley. Property has been well maintained.

Little Sports ! Great cottage near Yosemite Valley

Its located at a great scenic spot in yosemite west just 10 miles from yosemite valley. We could easily visit all spots in valley every day. Also experienced snow since yosemite west is at altitude.
