The home features three bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. Main level has the king master suite, and the 2nd level has one bedroom with a queen size bed and the other with two sets of twin bunk beds. All in all, the little slice of heaven can sleep up to 10 people, including a sofa sleeper in the main living area. All rooms have flat screen Smart Tv’s and brand-new bedding.

It also boasts an open kitchen concept with a common area that is perfect for creating many memories! Beautifully designed, the family room has a wraparound couch, area rug, flat screen Smart TV and two additional chairs for seating. The dining area has a round dining table, seating six and the kitchen island will allow 3 more for seating. The fully equipped kitchen will make it easy to prep food for your dining experience. Some of the best memories are created by eatingtogether as family and friends.

Head outdoors to the covered patio with two sets of seating, a gas grill and the best part, your very own private hot tub! Your group will definitely enjoy this space.

There is a casita above the detached garage which rents out seperately. No shared common space.

The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is not heated and opens early April, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming home you get a discount.
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty.
