On the first floor:

- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Tassimo coffee machine...
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Upstairs (3 bedrooms accessible by the staircase from the living room and 1 from the kitchen):
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Room 3: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Room 4: a double bed (140×190). Sheets and towels included.

For even more comfort : barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A swimming pool (private, not heated), open from April to the end of October (opening dates not contractual), fully fenced, measuring 9.5×4m and going from 0.70 to 2m10 deep.
- A beautiful fenced garden of about 1 200 m², facing south.
- A terrace of about 80 m² facing South with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally located in Beaumont-en-Véron, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
