The Harvey Nicole: Modern Caribbean Ocean Front Condo Grand Cayman.

Our family has been part of the North Side family of Grand Cayman for more than 40 years. We are pleased to offer you our second home as well as our knowledge and experience to make your vacation the best it can be. The Harvey Nicole named for Father and Daughter is furnished in Modern Caribbean style with 2 bedrooms 2 baths air conditioning ceiling fans and a fully equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms and the living room area open directly to the screened lanai. Ocean views from each sunny room. Our corner ground floor location is ideal for its direct access to the pool and the beach beyond. Enjoy a day by the pool and run in for a break or snacks with your back door steps away. Our unit is one of ten in the quiet North Point complex. Walk the beach, snorkel the reef, spend the day in the shade of our cabana all while enjoying the comforts of the Harvey Nicole. We strive to be extremely accommodating and flexible. Let us know what we can do to make your stay a lasting memory.
Our on island property management company J&J Enterprises has always prided themselves on cleanliness. We've received several compliments from guests as to such over the years. Recently they have purchased a Bio Mist sanitation machine; and they put up signage indicating our freshly sanitized condo after each thorough cleaning.

We had a wonderful time at the Harvey Nicole. The host was helpful and very responsive. It was great being steps from the beach and pool. Lots of beach equipment and towels. The only downside was there is a lot of seaweed on this side of the island, and the beachfront is a relatively small area, making beach walks more challenging.

Absolutely lovely location. Condo was fantastic. Small complex of units so no drama. Great for families. Pool option was so nice to have with little ones. You can snorkel off your beach too. Condo has great working appliances and everything you need for cooking in. Extra plus was having beach toys available. Owner extremely responsive to our requests and always available by text to answer questions. I hope to stay again.

This was such a wonderful place to stay. The views were absolutely beautiful. We couldn't have been happier with the screened in room off the back facing the pool and ocean. The entire condo was clean, and quiet. Surrounded by serenity is the best way to describe the lodging here. I highly recommend taking a trip up the road to Kaibo best drinks and people we found on the island. Enjoy your stay at the Harvey Nicole, I know we did!

We had a fantastic stay at the Harvey Nicole Condo. It suited us perfectly - we were a group of four, myself and my husband and two friends. We absolutely loved being on the North Shore, and spent most of our mornings snorkeling at Rum Point or Starfish Point (a short drive away) and the afternoons exploring the island. Having the pool was a nice bonus at the end of a busy, hot day. And the ease of making meals and relaxing on the Lanai added to our overall comfort. We were happy to return to the Harvey Nicole after 14 years! The condo has been refreshed so it felt like a new place. Perfect place for family

Nicole was amazing and helped with all our questions before the trip. Our Christmas present for our 2 college kid, so location and condo setup was just what we needed. It was quiet and a great break. We could snorkel outside our door with water shoes. We booked activities at rum point so location was very close.

Everything was awesome from our host to the peaceful surroundings, the private beach, snorkeling, cute nearby grocery store, sunrises and sunsets, local dining,etc. again, don’t go because I want it ALL for myself. Well, if you must, you could not find a better slice of paradise!!!

Beautiful and incredible location!!!

This rental is in a beautiful, secluded part of Grand Cayman. It’s a nice quiet area, so hearing the ocean is always easy. The pool in the back is a perfect temperature and great for hot days. We were still within an easy drive to anywhere we could want to visit! There are also lots of great restaurants on the east side of the island. Absolutely loved our stay!

We loved our stay at the Harvey Nicole. You are 5 steps from the pool and 20 steps from a secluded beach. The unit is immaculate and has everything you need to cook meals while you are there. The beds are so comfortable and we felt so at home during our stay. Highly recommend!

3rd time in Cayman

Super nice, clean condo in best location. Fishing and snorkeling behind the condo is great. We caught 15 diff species of fish and saw turtles on most days. Location is great - 5 min from Rum Point and 10 min from small grocery store. We will be back next year.

2019 Thanksgiving great stay

We stayed i North Side condo over 2019 Thanksgiving holidays with two children 4 and 11 yo. Nice quite location, very close to Rum point. Has it's own beach as well. Clean and well furnished, with basic supplies in place such as salt, cooking utensils, spices, coffee, etc. Excellent communication with the owner, easy check in check out. This is our second time in this location, would stay again!

Great GC location

We have stayed many times on GC. As GC gets developed we have moved to staying at locations on the East and North. We loved the location of this condo on the North shore just a minute or so from Rum Point. The condo has everything and we especially liked the ice maker.

Well appointed & maintained. Location perfect! and CATS! Resident condo cat Figaro was a pleasant surprise. Condo is spacious. Perfect spot for beach combing, sunning, snorkeling. What more could you ask for. Great value for your money

Thank you much for your kind comments we appreciate it and enjoyed having you as a guest. For clarity Cayman does have cats and some tend to roam the exterior of the complex. When fed the come around more. The cats are outside cats that are checked out by the Cayman Humane Society (signified by the notch in their ear) and not allowed inside the condo itself.

Nice week stay.

We had a lovely stay in the Harvey Nicole. The condo was in a great location to Rum Point. We enjoyed the pool. Nicole was wonderful with communication. The beach was beautiful but not for swimming as there was so much kelp. The condo was very clean, but could use new sheets as ours were pretty stained in several spots.

Lovely & Peaceful

We stayed at the Harvey Nicole with our two daughters (8 and 4 years old). The place was clean, spacious, and great to be steps from the pool and beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the Lanai, walking the beach, building sandcastles, and snorkeling all right in front of the property. The kids loved the pool, and on windier days, it was great to drive up to Rum Point for calmer waters and beach time. Kaibo & Rum Point were great dinner spots a 5 minute drive away. We also drove into 7 Mile Beach (40 minutes) to Governer’s Beach which was stunning for a few beach days. Cayman has so much to offer, and we love staying on the east/north end for the tranquility, which the Harvey Nicole absolutely provided. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

A week at the Harvey Nicole

Stayed for 1 week at this beautiful property. Condo was very clean, well decorated and maintained. Pool was nice and refreshing (it should be noted there is NO HOT TUB.) which wasn’t a big deal but a little disappointing as we were looking forward to sitting in there in at night time. Authentic beach which had garbage and seaweed. WEAR shoes on the beach as we found numerous broken glass bottles. Obviously not Nicole’s fault. Our week was extremely windy 25mph everyday coming out of the north but a half hour trip to the south side made it easy for the best snorkeling I’ve ever had. All in all an excellent trip and an awesome condo with the best host I’ve ever had staying at a VRBO. I can’t say enough about how accommodating Nicole was. Don’t second guess your stay here!!
