Good stay

It was a good stay. our original plans was for 7 people to stay and it’s a good thing that only 5 showed up because the house is smaller than expected, there was no way that 7 people would’ve fit their comfortably. The house was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend it for five or less people.

Great location and host

This condo/ house is super cute and as pictured. The master bed is firm which I like, the bathroom has a handicap accessible shower and everything was nice and clean. This is about a 5-7 minute drive from the airport and the neighborhood is safe and really quiet. Iris communicate well and is a great host.

The best in Carolina

Ive been to my share of personal rentals in Puerto Rico and this place is the best by far. Minor issue is location, close to the airport so you’ll hear airplanes. However, everything else was great. Very clean, good communication, spacious....

Great place to stay

This was our second time staying at this property. The last time we stayed we booked the studio. This time was the two bedroom unit. Even though our stays are short, this would be a great property to stay for a week or longer. It is close to airport so you will hear the jets take off. There’s also a neighborhood alarm - rooster. But both minor issues. The communication was great and easy check in. I will definitely rebook if needed.

Lovely Place for a Small Group

I stayed here with a group of 5 people one night before our departure from San Juan. The house was very clean, just as described and we had an excellent little move night and disco nap before taking our short trips to SJU. If your group is 5 people or more, make sure you contact the host to get the right number of towels. We wound up with 4 and had to share one - fine for intimate friends.

Great Spacious Location

Rented this property for seven nights.The place was clean with all the needed amenities. The area is safe, very quiet and close to the highway, the airport, Isla Verde, Condado and Old San Juan areas. There is assigned parking is very convenient. The AC in the living room was a plus when watching a movie at night. Communication with Iris was great and she responded right away. We will be looking for this property on our next visit.

House near airport

House was nice but the planes flying in didnt let us sleep much. I guess if u are use to it but boy we were not! The house had people staying in the back house and tgey didnt let us sleep much either. But over all the house was great and the host was beautiful person. Wish there was coffee in the house we had to stwp out early to get some.

Good for a quick stopover

The home was extremely clean and worked out fine for us as we needed a quick one night stay before flying out the next morning.Check in was easy and the neighborhood felt very safe.As listed, the home is very close to the airport, and we were warned that the airplanes could be heard flying over head. It was much louder than we expected and there were a few flights every hour starting at 3 in the morning.The master bed was very comfortable, but the bunk bed the kids slept on creaked loudly every time they moved.Nice A/C units and ceiling fans in every room kept the place nice and cool.Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with plenty of towels and toilet paper/toiletries.As listed there is no washer/dryer so would not have been ideal for a longer stay.

Fantastic option

I rented for two night for myself, my spouse, and my mother. I could not be happier about my stay. It was centrally located so it was quick to go to old San Juan. There was a 24 hour pharmacy and convenience store down the street and a gas station. The neighbors where quiet and so was the area. It made the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring. The home was immaculately clean. There were plenty of towels and there was A/C in every room. We only used the bedroom A/C at night because the house stayed fresh during the day with only the fans. I recommend this place and look forward to renting here again in the future.

Our stay at Iris's place was truly delightful. Iris has put a lot of thought into creating a warm and welcoming environment, from the tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen. The convenient location near San Juan, Carolina, and Canóvanas allowed us to easily explore our favorite spots in the metro area. Iris provided clear check-in instructions and was very responsive when we had a question about the master bedroom's ceiling light. One thing to keep in mind is that the shower handle turns clockwise for hot water, which we discovered on our last day – so no need to worry about having a warm, comfortable shower. Overall, we are grateful to Iris for being a wonderful host and for providing a lovely space for our stay.
