We welcome you to VILLA L'ALAMEDA in Verrières le Buisson.

Enjoy a magnificent stay in this contemporary villa. Sleek DESIGN of 200m² completely RENOVATED in 2018 and with beautiful high ceilings. It is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people thanks to its 5 double bedrooms.

You'll love its large terraces, bay windows and 60m² living room. WI-FI, NETFLIX and DEEZER connections are available free of charge.

Villa L'Alameda is totally adapted for FAMILIES. You'll have a cot, a high chair, adapted crockery, a washer-dryer and SAFETY BARRIERS to help you protect your CHILDREN and BABIES.

You'll have access to our FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. Our aromatic herbs are at your disposal to season your dishes and/or meats cooked in our BARBECUE. You can also have your meals delivered or walk to the restaurant.

Relax in our 5 rooms, each with its own furnishings and decor, so that everyone can find their favorite ROOM. The bedding has been carefully fitted with QUALITY MATTRESSES to ensure a restful night's sleep. You'll also enjoy 1 bathroom with bathtub and 2 shower rooms with walk-in showers, as well as 2 WCs for your utmost comfort.

All rooms have a desk. The bedroom on the main floor has a king-size bed 180x200.
Upstairs you'll find 2 double bedrooms (king-size bed 180x200, double bed 140x200) and the 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds 90x200.

In winter, you can relax indoors and enjoy a cosy evening by the fire of our wood-burning stove.

In our PRIVATE GARDEN, you can relax at any time of year in the 36-degree JACUZZI, open between 8am and 10pm, while your children have fun jumping on the TRAMPOLINE, playing in the BALANÇOIRE...

We also have a games room indoors, open from 8am to 11pm, where you can play BILLARD, AIR HOCKEY, PING-PONG, etc.

Recharge your batteries in our new gym, decorated with an attractive mural and equipped with a treadmill and a 5-seater SAUNA (180 x 180 x 210 cm).

You can also have fun on our new PETANQUE court to share a pleasant moment outdoors.

Our SPA is very pleasant but has a slow heating system, so it's not available for overnight stays!

- 800m from Daily Golf de Verrières-Le-Buisson (9-hole course)

- 3.1 km (= 8 minutes by car) from the large Golf National de Massy for all golf enthusiasts.

From RER B/C “Massy-Verrières”, you'll be :
24 minutes to RER B station Denfert-Rochereau (near Gare Montparnasse and Paris Catacombs, 3-minute walk)
26 minutes from Versailles Chantiers station to the Château de Versailles (RER C)
30 minutes to Châtelet-les-Halles Denfert-Rochereau (RER B)
49 minutes to Champ de Mars Tour Eiffel (RER C) or 30 minutes by car.

The villa is 43 km from DISNEYLAND Paris, accessible by public transport or car in 50 minutes.

It's easy to get to the studio from the airports:
19 minutes by car from Orly airport and 57 minutes by public transport
1h16 by public transport from Roissy Charles De Gaulle.

If you're a sporty type, you can reach Paris by walking/running or cycling in 15 km via the coulée verte, a tree-lined, protected path that passes at the foot of the villa.

Villa l'Alameda is set in a lush green setting where you'll find a breath of fresh air: the FOREST, Lake Cambacérès, along the bièvre river, the coulée verte, the Verrières GOLF... There are plenty of walks to be enjoyed nearby.
