It’s a peaceful retreat for your vacation: nestled between the ocean and the mountains, you’ll have your choice of Basque beaches (20 minutes from the beaches of Biarritz, Bidart, and Guéthary), beaches in the Landes region, or even Spanish beaches—and the villa is also just 10 minutes from Bayonne.

For mountain lovers, a wide variety of hikes and activities are available within an hour’s drive.

The rental includes:
- an entryway
- a living room/dining room/new kitchen (including 1 double sofa bed)
- 4 bedrooms, including a master bedroom (air conditioning available only in this room) with a bathroom and toilet (2 140 beds, 1 160 bed, 1 180 bed)
- 2 restrooms (including 1 in the master bathroom)
- an office area
- 3,000 m² of fenced property, bordered by the forest and featuring access
- a 10x5m heated pool secured by a roller shutter and a gate
- a large parking area enclosed by a magnificent electric gate

Available: 2 mountain bikes, 2 surfboards (for beginners), a barbecue, a griddle, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Sheets, pool towels, and bath towels provided.

Non-smoking property. Pets not allowed. No parties.
Security deposit of €2,000 with a signed rental agreement. Additional cleaning fee of €150.
