The kitchen side offers you everything you need to eat. The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge but also toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, kettle, insulated jug and tea towels.
The cocooning side will allow you to relax on the sofa while watching TV or enjoying a good book.
In the walk-in bathroom with its toilet, you will find shower sheets and a hairdryer will also be at your disposal.
A beautiful bedroom with wardrobe will welcome you to rest after beautiful days visiting our island, in a bed of 160*200 (new bedding).
Bed linen is provided.
The garden terrace is 38 m² and has everything you need to spend good times in the sun: eat and cook outside thanks to a plancha and taste on the deckchairs a Pineau des Charentes, the local drink of our region.
The accommodation is equipped with a fibre WIFI connection.
In the heart of the village you will find all amenities, the farmers' market, the bakery, the small shops, the newsagent and the bike rental.
The marina, restaurants and beaches will seduce you.
Linen is included in the price.
The accommodation must be left clean. Possibility to have the cleaning done to be specified on your arrival. The flat rate is 70€.
Arrivals are from 4pm and departures at 10am. For late arrivals, it will be enough to let us know in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Charging electric cars is not permitted.
