In the heart of the bastides (Castelnau de Montmiral, Puycelsi, Cordes, Penne...) and 5 minutes from Gaillac, this house is situated on the hillsides. You will enjoy a lounge with fireplace, a covered terrace, dining areas on the pool deck or in the shade in the garden. The house consists of 2 parts, an upper part comprising the rental accommodation and a lower part that is not accessible or used. Detached and not overlooked. Swimming pool not shared.
