Cocoonr/Book&Pay is offering this charming 21 m² air-conditioned studio apartment for rent, with exceptional views over the Mediterranean and facing the beach. It can comfortably accommodate 2 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a bright 19 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a shower room and a balcony where you can enjoy the sea air.Linen and towels extra - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 19 m² with TV, free Wifi, bench, double bed (140×200) and premium mattress that goes up to the ceiling to clear the space) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, combined microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates, nespresso...
- A bathroom with shower, toilet and towel dryer.

Exterior:
- A terrace of about 5.5 m², with furniture to enjoy the exceptional view of the Mediterranean.

For even more comfort : washing machine, ironer...

The apartment is ideally located in front of the sea in Canet Plage, in a very pleasant environment within a dynamic district during the day and calm at night. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to the artisanal market, stores, excellent restaurants, bars...

Activities :
- Various activities such as the aquarium "Oniria", the beach, beach clubs, a superb mini-golf, boat and sea scooter rentals, parasailing, tennis/padel, hiking, numerous bike tours, Olympic swimming pool, skiing in winter, tourist activities all year round.
- Starting point for many exceptional sites: Collioure at 30mn, Spain at 45mn, the mountains and the ski slopes at 1h30, Barcelona at 2h30, etc...

Transportation :
- You can park directly in the apartment's numbered private parking lot, which is 1.80 m wide (for a small car or 2 motorcycles)
- Nearest train station : Perpignan (15 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée (20 minutes by car)

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it as you found it, clean appliances after use, empty garbage cans and fridge, and collect all your personal belongings (food, hygiene products, etc.).
- Free Wifi available (fiber optic).
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
- The accommodation is not suitable for babies (no cot available) and with the configuration of the studio it is very difficult to install a decent bed for a baby.

Lo único ""malo"" que tiene es la plaza de parking, es muy pequeña, aún que ya lo dice el anuncio pero cuando llegas es más pequeña de lo que piensas, es realmente para un coche pequeño pequeño. De resto todo increíble."

Rêve de plage Unser Aufenthalt in dem Apartment war sehr schön. Man hat alles was man in der Küche benötigt um sich mal Abend etwas zu kochen. Der Strand ist wirklich direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das einzige was nicht für jeden passen könnte wäre der Parkplatz, unser Auto hat so gerade noch drauf gepasst. Sonst war der Aufenthalt für uns super gut.

Rêve de plage El apartamento está tal cual las indicaciones de la página, nos gustó mucho la vista, la decoración y el espacio en el balcón. Tiene persiana automática eso es bastante bueno. Lástima que en esta fecha estaban en reparación de la vía y efectivamente entre semana trabajan temprano, pero todo lo demás fue excelente nos gustó el espacio cómodo acogedor tranquilo. El vecindario tiene mucho que ofrecer. gracias a la agencia por el apoyo y comunicación de las indicaciones de todo. Nos encantó para dos personas es exacto, esperamos volver.

Rêve de plage "Très très bel appartement avec une vue magnifique sur mer et chaque matin un lever de soleil splendide. Appartement propre, fonctionnel avec tout le nécessaire, joliment décoré. Originalité du lit «bed up » qui est simple d’utilisation et permet un gain de place très appréciable. Grande proximité du centre de Canet, du port…. Le tout dans une résidence pas très récente mais très propre et bien entretenue, avec une place de parking trop petite pour une grosse berline. Nous avons dû empiéter sur la place voisine qui était libre étant donné que nous étions hors saison. Un grand bravo et merci aux propriétaires qui offrent de telles prestations pour un logement de location??"
