Close proximity to several wineries, approximately 1/2 mile to the Wine Hop for larger groups who need more accommodations, 1.5 miles to Running Horse Farm , 3.9 miles to the Harpersfield Covered Bridge Metro Park, 5 miles to The Spire Institute, 7 miles to Downtown Geneva - Home of the Grape Jamboree and 12 miles to Geneva on the Lake.

Home away from away

No reason for us to waste our time looking for another property when this one is so perfect. Dennise, the host, is wonderful and so helpful with suggestions around the area for dining. The home has everything needed and then some. We enjoyed ourselves once again and won’t hesitate for next year as well! Thank you Dennise!

Excellent home/location

Stayed in this beautiful home to visit local wineries. The location is excellent. Home is very clean, spacious and well equipped. This was our second time staying here and would definitely stay here again.

Second Time Around Was Just as Good as the First

My mom, sister and I stayed at the Ware House for the second year in a row for our mother/daughter getaway. Dennise is a wonderful host who thinks of everything. There are so many little touches throughout the house! The house is so well kept, it's clean and it feels like a home away from home. The landscaping is beautiful and everything is so well maintained. It's also in a great location close to so many great wineries and destinations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Family Weekend

I grew up in NE Ohio. Met sister and BIL for weekend get away. House was better than imagined. Very Clean! So appreciated. Host has Everything covered, right down to turbie twists! I would definitely book again on my next trip north!
