An exceptional villa, built in 2022, with all the advantages of modern villas, without the disadvantages.

Villa Pepe is located in a tiny and majestic private domain of only three villas, at KM 10 of the OURIKA road... only 15 minutes away from Marrakech city, on the Hivernage side.

5 very beautiful rooms and as many bathrooms to rest you in an absolute calm. The bedding is also exceptional and the percale linen is as silky as Indian silk.



All the rooms have a large screen SMART TV... and the villa has fibre optics, high speed internet.

The pool can be heated in winter.

All on the ground floor, but with a beautiful panoramic terrace accessible to adults that offers a breathtaking view.

The private domain is secured 7 days a week and 24 hours a day and is very quiet. The villa does not accept events or outside visits without prior agreement from a manager of the agency or your concierge.

Le personnel adorable, l'organisation, la maison. Les services proposés étaient de qualité et les chauffeurs efficaces et très gentils. Ce qui serait très sympa c'est d'avoir dans les maisons un stock de jeux de société et des jeux de jardin pour les touts petits.

Séjour Villa Pépé entre amis - mai 2024

La villa Pépé est un havre de paix, on s'y sent bien, les surfaces sont grandes, la piscine très agréable. Il n'y a pas grand chose aux alentours. Il faut compter 20 min de taxi pour rejoindre la Médina ou l'aéroport. Le plus du séjour est incontestablement la présence à nos côtés de Latifa, notre gouvernante, qui a été aux petits soins. Une femme extraordinaire au grand cœur. Toujours souriante et bienveillante avec beaucoup de petites attentions notamment envers les enfants qui ont été conquis. Notre cuisinière, Kaltum, était également exceptionnelle. Elle nous a préparé de succulents repas et extrêmement copieux. Une cuisinière hors pair. En raison de la barrière de la langue, les échanges verbaux étaient plus limités. Toutefois le sourire aux lèvres et dans les yeux n'est pas trompeur, c'est une femme également très attachante et dévouée. La maison est équipée d'une table de ping-pong et d'un terrain de pétanque. La présence d'un ballon de foot ou de raquettes auraient été un plus pour divertir les enfants sur place.
