Casa Pimienta Negra, is for 10 people, the price that appears to book is up to a maximum of 4 people, from the 5th person the price increases and is charged per additional person, up to a maximum of 10 people. The house has 4 rooms and depending on the number of people who book so the house will be prepared.
It is ideal for families and friends, to share, have fun, close to nature., is quite spacious, two-storey. It has table football, ping-pong table, chess table, TV, barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen for your comfort, gas, refrigerator, freezer and all the necessary utensils. There are 4 rooms, each with a queen size bed, and a private bathroom. You need a car to get there and the house has parking on your property. We ask that you do not use the house for parties, but that it be a quiet and friendly environment.
The house is located in Cocles.
You can enjoy and relax on the terrace and listen to the sound of the sea, surrounded by lush tropical gardens with hummingbirds, monkeys, sloths.
Please note that in this house we use rain water and well water, we recommend that you get potable water for drinking and cooking.

In this property we have different security measures, including alarm and security cameras, are located at the entrance of the house, green areas and terraces, so they do not interfere with the privacy of the guest.

Note: For your information, one of the neighbors started building a house, some of the construction noise gets here. For this reason I have now a very attractive discount rate!
