Les Proleps: a charming farmhouse on the way to the sea

Pretty longère with its authentic character, ideally located in the village of Varengeville sur mer, on the way to the sea (500 meters) and the heart of the village at 800 meters.

The house is situated in the middle of a large fenced garden, with plants and trees that will delight the connoisseurs and will undoubtedly please the children who will be able to have fun as they please.

The cachet of the house with its half-timbered walls, exposed beams, floor tiles, different levels and its enfilade make it a charming and above all convivial place.

The living room is comfortable with its very large sofa and above all its large fireplace which ensures pleasant moments of warmth and relaxation to enjoy with family and friends.

Adjacent to the living room, you will find the dining room with a large family table. Large windows overlook the garden and the lucky ones may see a deer or a squirrel pass by.

Following on from the dining room, the practical kitchen has everything you need for those who like to cook. Its windows overlook the garden and offer a nice view.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160cm), the other with two single beds (90cm) that can be joined together to make a double bed (180cm), depending on preference. A bathroom with shower and a separate WC serve both rooms.

On the first floor you will find a landing with a desk and a sofa, leading to a majestic bedroom with a double bed (180cm) and a bathroom with corner bath.

There is covered parking for two cars under the carriage house.

Facing east/west, the house benefits from a good sunshine all day long.
