Entire apartment on the 1st floor featuring 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in a family oriented Buffalo suburb. We are a short 10 min drive from the Buffalo Airport. There is plenty to do during your stay: downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls are both a 20 min drive, and our quiet, safe neighborhood is the perfect place to relax for the evening. We suggest taking a walk at Reinstein Woods nature preserve. With a park in the backyard and access to an abundance of restaurants and shops nearby, you will love this space!

Just what was needed

Our experience at this property was great. What you see in the add is what you get. Alex was quick to answer any questions we had and was very accommodating. The property was kept clean and it had everything that we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt very safe. I would stay at any property Alex has listed.

Alex is a great host!

Staying here was a wonderful choice for me and my family. We would definitely stay here again. Alex was great and the communication with him was excellent. He was even very accommodating by trying to get the place ready before the check-in time and even when I made a mistake with the day we were supposed to leave.

Why they chose this property

A spacious driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles. A garage is also available for a fee if requested prior. We have a community park practically in our back yard with a playground, outdoor community pool and basketball courts which has been highly regarded by our previous guests. The neighborhood is very quiet as we are tucked away on a private street but still very close to major attraction points like Niagara Falls, the city of Buffalo, Elmwood, Allentown and North Buffalo.
