fast communication

be preparing if you going for more than 3 days because this apartment has only limits we were there 10 days and we had to buy everything like paper towels paper tissues dishwashing detergent soaps even coffee filters and no toilet brush

Beach trip

Unit needs some updates There was drywall repair that was not finished in bathroom. There was black mold on wall near bathtub where a repair had been started but not completed. Overall, nice location, liked the pool but no way to wash sand off of feet due to gate locked near shower and the other shower was broke. People were cleaning feet/sand off in pool.

POSITIVES: The view from the patio was spectacular! Check in was easy, the beds were comfy, and the location was close to everything. NEGATIVES: The condo needs a good scrub down to remove dirty areas in the corners and crumbs and dried food from under and alongside the stove. The walls need new paint to cover years of dirt and use. The pictures represent this condo, but not its current condition. I felt the use of the words NEW and MODERN in the advertisement was misleading.

Great location with beautiful view!

Everything from checking in to enjoying the amenities was easy! The views from the balcony were stunning and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go easily and quickly due to location!

Very easy process with renting and the stay was great. I have no complaints really but I did find that charging $75 if you leave the tv input on the wrong input a little much. Just leave a note telling all guests how to change it back if it is on the wrong input. I left it correct so was not charged but just found that a little much.

Amazing! Didn't want to leave!

I am SO glad I found this resourt. The room was very clean and plenty of room for my husband, our 2 children, my Mom and my brother. Was in a great area with beautiful views. I felt very comfortable and cant wait to go back. We didn't want to leave. Thank you so much for a great stay and hope we can come back soon.
