2 Bedrooms with Queen size bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Full-size kitchen with all the equipment you need.

450 sq foot PRIVATE deck overlooking Ocean Blvd, the Atlantic Ocean and the Boardwalk.

Within walking distance of many attractions (1-4 blocks) including the Boardwalk, Sky Wheel, Family Kingdom, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and of course the Atlantic Ocean.

Netflix is included, smart-TVs in all rooms!

Beautiful, homey, and clean single private unit above a retail store. (Stairs are required to reach the unit, ~20 stairs) There is no one on the balcony next to you!

Minimum 5 nights during summer months

House towels may not be taken to the beach. If you need towels go buy them from the Red Hot Shoppe downstairs for $5.99. Otherwise $10 fee.

Smoking prohibited unless in on outside deck. If smoking inside is discovered you will incur $300 fee.

Property was nice. They definitely need to upgrade the pots and pans! They all looked like the ones I throw out and replace. Cabinet with food items needs cleaned out since long past expired stuff in there! Providing plastic wrap and foil would be helpful as well. We stay in alot of places and this one definitely lacks in the kitchen.

Location, location, comfortable beds! We had a wonderful time and were very happy with our rental. The deck was perfect for almost all weather (super strong winds only sent us inside once) and we had a birds eye view of everything! If you want to watch people or waves this is the place to do it. The restaurant/bar downstairs has great food and awesome entertainment with karaoke and an open mic night with some very talented local folk. I found the most comfortable, less expensive pair of flip flops downstairs at the Red Hot Shoppe along with a pair of affordable swim trunks for the husband. The beach access almost directly across the street meant it was easy to run over any time night and day. The master bath even has a gorgeous nighttime view of the sky wheel. We want to come back next year or even sooner if schedule permits. Thank you for helping us make memories.

Was very nice an clean. Was perfect for us. Just walk across the road to the beach an plenty other attractions an shops in walking distance. An free parking is of course always nice. Host wa always nice trying to answer any questions we had.
