About this property

This newly updated unit is located on the 14th floor and offers a king bed as well as a sleeper loveseat for extra space. This unit is the closest to the beach in the Patricia Grand Resort and features not one, but two oceanfront balconies for your enjoyment.
This unit welcomes respectful owners and their small pets also. Resort has 20 lb maximum for guest's dogs, with a 2 dog maximum per room. NOTE: City of Myrtle Beach restricts beach access for pets between Memorial day and Labor day to before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. There is a small park next to the resort that welcomes pet as well.
This condo has been professionally redesigned with new LVT flooring, new custom headboard, new bedding, new curtains and a new 50" Samsung smart TV!
Don't sweat waiting in line to check in either. We want things to be as easy as possible for you, so just use your private code to enter your unit upon arrival and then start relaxing!

Good spot to just take it all in!

Wonderful unit with fantastic views from the two balconies. Clean, well appointed. We didn't feel particularly safe walking the street side. Lots of cigarette smokers on balconies even though it is supposed to be a smoke free property.

Great space!

The space was perfect for my quick trip to Myrtle with immediately beach, pool, and hot tub access. The only issue is that a downstairs neighbor had their dog with them and locked them in the balcony while they were away from roughly 1am-4am one night and it barked constantly during those hours. Though, this was not remotely under the control of the property manager and the property itself was perfect.

March Myrtle Beach get away from Michigan

This place is just the right size for us! It's set up very efficiently, it's very clean and there's utensils to cook or bake and eat! The view is gorgeous! We had high winds the first night, which sounded like there were banshees in our room! We quickly figured out that we needed to crack open both of the door walls to stop the howling. We stayed three nights, there was a nice dresser for us to put our clothes in and hangers in the spacious closet. I thought the (black) make up wash rags were so cute! Great idea! There were plenty of towels and toilertries for our stay. Very cute place, highly recommend!
