We have 2 units in this building, including a 1 bedroom/1 bath unit and studio with a full bath. They are units 824 and 1108.

Enjoy this oceanfront paradise from the 11th floor of this condo with absolutely incredible ocean views. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the ocean along with incredible sunrises and sunsets. Walking into this condo feels like your are sitting on top of the ocean. True one bedroom unit with private bedroom and balcony off of the living area and bedroom. Condo just recently remodeled with fully stocked kitchen, granite counter tops with a full size stove/oven and refrigerator.

If you are interested in booking this condo:
Click on the 'Book it' button and follow the instructions. The site will offer the option for you to buy cancellation protection and damage protection. It is totally up to you to take advantage of this or not. After this, you will have to read and agree with the rental agreement before you are able to pay. The first deposit will be 25% of the amount due and can be paid with a credit card to complete the reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your check in date.

Dogs are permitted. For weight and other limitations please contact owner. Other pets such as cats, birds and reptiles are not permitted. There is a pet fee.
· 2 dogs maximum.
· Select breeds including Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Boxer, German Shepherd and Chow are not permitted.
· A Pet Fee of $25.00 plus tax per night/per pet will apply. If you happen to book this condo through a website other than VRBO/Homeaway such as Expedia then you will need to communicate directly with us to pay the pet fee.
· Carriers are recommended in the event you must leave your dog alone in the room.
· Pets must be on a leash when in public areas of the resort and are not allowed in the pool areas.
· All ADA recognized service animals are always welcome.

This property is Smoke Free. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room or on the balcony.

Nice but worn

The unit is very nice but is showing serious signs of wear and tear. The resort is clean but outdated, and all of the staff are very friendly.

Won’t Be Back

Great location, large balcony with big ocean views, owner very responsive and bed was comfortable. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable and there were wide gaps around the entry door. The dull knives, rusty dish drainer and very small kitchen were disappointing. Bring your own bath towels because what are supplied are half the usual size, very thin, rough and not absorbant. The resort is pet friendly which is good however there were so many dogs (some very large) which made it difficult to manage.

Nice place

Property is outdated but so are all the other units in the building. Kitchen is very tiny. Bed was extremely comfortable and loved waking up and seeing the Ocean right out of the bedroom. Location is great. Lots to walk to and easy to get Ubers. Host was very responsive to all my questions ahead of visit.

It was very nice and had a great view of the ocean! It was in good condition although it does need some light bulbs replaced. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
