This newly updated studio unit is located on the 16th floor of the Patricia Grand Resort and new king bed with loveseat sleeper! Not one, but TWO oceanfront balconies to enjoy the amazing views. Go straight to your room with your own unique door code and start enjoying your stay!
This unit welcomes respectful owners and their small pets also. Resort has 20 lb maximum for guest's dogs, with a 2 dog maximum per room.

Amazing view!

Spent a week with my daughter and our two small dogs. Great location. Room was as advertised, and our host Tom was very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend!

Perfect little getaway

Honestly, there is nothing to complain about with the condo. The host is very responsive and helpful. Our stay was better than we imagined, with breathtaking views, privacy, and a full kitchen with all the accessories we needed. The indoor pool and hot tubs made the rainy day as much of a vacation as the sunny days! 10/10 would want to stay again.

Cute Oceanfront Studio

This studio was perfect for our stay. The view of the ocean is perfect and location is great, very close to lots of restaurants and Broadway at the Beach.

Dream Solo Vacation

I wanted a relaxing solo vacation where i could see the beach, take walks, and relax. This was absolutely perfect! The 2 balconies had amazing views. I could actually sit in bed and see the beach & the ocean and feel the ocean breeze. The last night i enjoyed fireworks on the beach from the comfort of my bed. Great vacation!!

Great place!

Cute clean condo. We had everything we needed, and the snacks were a nice touch! Loved watching the sunrise from the balcony. The bed was really comfortable.

Very Comfortable Unit

Great location; beautiful views w/two balconies; easy access to the beach; very peaceful, not able to hear dogs barking or kids playing while in unit. Easy check in/out. Owner is very responsive. It’s my new Happy Place and hope to return for a longer stay!

What a fantastic stay! The room was spotless. Everything we needed was provided along with yummy snacks! The view was breathtaking! Excellent communication along with incredibly easy check in and check out. We highly recommend Toms company and look forward to another future stay!

Great Stay

Very nice. Check in was flawless and fast. No waiting in line at the counter. Just went straight to the room with special door code. Big screen tv was awesome. Enjoyed take our 9 pound toy poodle. You need to try this place and room just once.

Perfect Getaway

Better than expected. The listing photos are nice but somehow doesn’t do the place justice. The two balconies are wonderful, providing an escape from (or to) the sunshine and deliver amazing ocean views! The bed was comfy and kitchen thoughtfully stocked. Loved the welcoming snacks. Perfect for a couple or maybe a young family with one or two very small kids. The outside pool and hot tub was surprisingly warm (late March). Didn’t try inside pools but many people were enjoying them. Loved the weekend tiki bar and poolside DJ although the music was a little too loud (I’m old lol). The rude guests in the unit directly below us put their dog on their balcony one night and left it to bark ALL night resulting in no sleep for us. Very frustrating and we didn’t think we could complain to the front desk. This of course is not Tom’s fault by any means. The place was clean, elevators worked great. Has an easy, short walk to the beach. Definitely will return!

Room was as advertised with 2 balconies overlooking the ocean. The overall property was dated, but well maintained. The pools and hot tubs were sparsely attended in mid-March, and we spent a vast amount of time just relaxing in them. Thanks!

Great mini vaca stay!

Unique layout of room with everything needed to make our stay comfy! Loved the little details like the complimentary snack and cute bed display with chocolates. Hotel overall was clean and well-kept. Easiest check in process ever! Love not having to deal with anyone and going straight to the room! Highly thinking about staying here for our annual summer trip!

Christmas Getaway

Everything was exactly as described and pictured. The space is very well equipped. Views were amazing. Was get to be able to bring our fur-babies (yorkies). We were able to take them on walks on the beach due to the time of year. The location is great, only a mile or so walk down the beach to the boardwalk. Would definitely go back!
