Enjoy stunning ocean views from this 16th-floor condo at The Patricia Grand! This bright and comfortable space sleeps up to 4 guests with a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Both the living room and bedroom open to a private balcony overlooking the ocean.

The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need—full-size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, Keurig, toaster, pots, pans, and utensils. Fresh towels, sheets, and blankets are provided. Keypad entry lets you skip the front desk and go straight to your vacation.

Everything we needed!

We loved this 1 bedroom condo. It was right on the beach, and had plenty of room for my husband, daughter and our dog. Restaurants were within walking distance or we could make meals in the little kitchen. We will stay here again.

Condo 16th floor

The condo was fine- clean and great views! The Patricia grand however, is a little seedy! The pools don’t get cleaned out much, you really don’t know if people just come there for the beach and the pool- there’s no checks or balances. A lot of kids with parents literally out to lunch- drinking at the pool bar with boat loads of kids occupying all pools and hot tubs- so glad we rented directly, otherwise be prepared to stand lines for an hour to check in and get on an elevator- which often is not working- my husband and I were pleased with the condo that we rented- I just won’t go back because of the hotel, needs a major facelift and unfortunately more workers.

Fun Winter Quick Trip

This is a beautiful, well appointed condo. Fantastic communication with property managers/host. I’m giving this condo a five star. As far as the Patricia Grand, I’m a little confused about the term “Ocean Front”. It’s not directly facing the ocean. The large balcony does angle back to the building which is probably the reason. The hot water does take quite a while to get warm. The Patricia Grand could use some updating, which they seem to be working on; however, 3 of the 5 elevators were out-of-order, leading to long wait times just to get downstairs. Just needs a little love. Again, we enjoyed our stay this weekend and our only constructive feed back is not reflective of the property owner. It’s merely more so of the Patrica Grand.

Fun at the beach

Check in was very easy. Condo was very clean. Perfect size for a family of 4. We loved the view of the ocean. We loved swimming in the pool. The Jacuzzis were so relaxing. The restaurant Indigo kitchen had amazing food. The wait staff was so kind! Rental management was very prompt and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.
