The Suite was perfect for our trip. It shows a little bit of age in places, but was perfectly clean and comfortable. The beach view from the dining area inside and on the patio was great. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, outside bar - and the hammocks were an extra bonus. Beach access was great. Easy communication and entry, and the Chihuahua enjoyed it too! I definitely felt it was great value for the money, and would book here again.

Wonderful Stay - Impressed!

Upon entering the room we immediately felt at peace. The room was clean, decorated nicely, and the view was welcoming. Thank you for great customer service from the time we booked the room, answering questions prior to our stay, and during our vacation. We will definitely book another room/property with Coastal Properties!

This property was great! Very easy access to get to the suite from front of the building. Mom has trouble walking long distances and it was easy for me to drop her off an a side entrance near the elevator and the suite was very close to the elevator. Very clean and beautiful view from the balcony.

Great time!

Got to the place, online check in was great. We unloaded right at the door. The room was better than expected with a wonderful view! Stayed Monday through Friday and was able to go about without much traffic. One of the best times we've had. Thank you!

Great Stay!

Easiest “check in” ever! Great communication. Loved not having to go in and register. Key code was sent right on time! Even checked on us after the first day to make sure things were ok. The room fit our needs perfectly. (Our dogs always enjoy tagging along with us on vacation.) Very close to restaurants and other attractions. We had a great stay!

Great for Families

The large selection of pools and hot tubs is wonderful for kids who love to the novelty of trying each one. Restaurant on the second floor is a convenient plus. Parking is easy. Everything you need is here. The suite living room is a needed living space. The only thing that would be better is a sleeper sofa.

Great check in

Loved the check in/check out! We are always late arriving to a property and feel like we are an inconvenience because of this, but this was great. We didn’t have to bother the staff at all. And no key/keycard to have to keep up with is definitely a plus.

Room with wonderful oceanfront views. Room/furniture outdated

Both living room and bedroom have wonderful oceanfront views. The rooms are dated. The bathroom ceiling drops white powder to the floor.Most of furniture are old and abused. Sofas are dirty. Refig has many rusted spots outside. We like the view very much, and will come back.

Excellent Unit with Fantastic View

My mom and I stayed a week with her toy poodle. The view was beautiful and had a great view of the ocean. We loved that there was no carpet in the unit. Exhaust in bathroom didn’t work but they offered to send someone for repair while we were there but we said it could wait until after we checked out. Kitchen had no,counter space but with full size appliances it was all we needed for the two of us. Would love to return for another stay. We didn’t want to leave!

Unit 910 Patrician Grand Myrtle Beach

This property is a health hazard. There is black mold on the bedroom & bathroom ceilings. Pieces of the ceoiling drop. The furniture is old, dirty and warn. Kitchen has mixed matched dishes. The place was filthy. I threw my socks away.

Beware

It was our 50th anniversary gift from our sons. We were so excited to spend time oceanfront on Myrtle Beach. The moment I walked in I knew this was far from what was advertised. The furniture was filthy. I would not sit on it without something under me. Our first night we ordered pizza. I took out a plate and there was dried specs of food, so I bought paper plates and plastic silverware. The shower/tub had no mat...No big deal? Well it was for us being in our early seventies and afraid of falling I bought one. The floors were also filthy. So I went out and bought cleaning products. On my hands and knees I scrubbed the floors. I didn't expect to be cleaning the condo. They did offer to send someone out, but they wanted permission to come in when we were not there...no way! For the amount of money it was not worth it. Oh, by the way the view was great.

We had a good vacation. The room was alright. I wouldnt say it was impressive like they describe. The room wasn't as clean as I thought it should be for the price of the cleaning fee. It needs a good deep clean not just a quick clean. The beds were horrible. You could feel the springs through the mattress. It was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on. We did like the hotel and its amenities.
