Updated and ready for your Myrtle Beach getaway. Pet friendly 4th floor unit at the Patricia Grande Resort! Unit 408 has incredible views and is a true 1bedroom condo with extra space to spread out! Explore Myrtle Beach from this amazing, gorgeous oceanfront condo. The Patricia Grand Resort gives you the perfect location to visit local attractions, or stay put and enjoy the Resort amenities. Condo has a new king bed in the bedroom, along with a new sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed. Well stocked with most everything you need. There are even two beach chairs and an umbrella for our guests to use.

This is our 3rd stay at this unit and we enjoyed ourselves as always. This unit has the full on ocean view with bar height stools on the balcony so no obstructed view of the sunrise. There are always plenty of towels and extra blankets, pillow etc. the location is right outside the elevators with the washer & dryer and vending right outside the door.

This unit was great. The balcony offered a perfect view of the beach and felt very private. The condo itself was super cute and the perfect amount of space. We had a relaxing week of sand and sun. The Patricia Grand is our place at the beach, and this unit in particular is our new fav.

Our stay was amazing! We loved the location and the amenities at the resort. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week long vacation. We had some issues with the door lock, but Tom was very quick to respond and even came to look at it within 30 minutes of my initial message. Overall great condo and would stay here again for sure.

Great oceanfront condo with spectacular views!! Pet friendly and great amenities for kids and adults. Pools and beach access and overall location made it easy to stay on-site. We would go back.
