This three bedroom condo located at Drayton House unit 102, 5501 North Ocean Blvd. is perfect for your escape to Myrtle Beach. Located in city of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in the Cabana Section known as the Golden Mile. The half-mile sidewalk with exercise stations are a great addition, along with Myrtle Beach City Park that is great for entertaining children. This area is 10 minutes from center of city convenient to amusement parks, restaurants, shopping, golf, medical offices, hospital, and all entertainment offered. The spacious balcony with seating overlooks the park and the ocean. Inside guest find three queen beds, twin bed and a queen sleep sofa offering plenty of space for everyone. Two bathrooms include tub and shower. The unit stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC and thoughtful touches like an iron and hair dryer in each bathroom for convenience whether you’re unwinding or getting ready for a night out this terrific condo has you covered. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Monthly or extended stages during winter months eligible for discount.

Living area has sliding doors that open to the balcony and a great view of the ocean and surrounding area. Furnished with queen size sectional sleeper sofa, recliner, two swivel chairs and a wall mounted 46" Smart TV

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Dining area seats six.

BED & BATH
This condo comfortably sleeps six guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleep sofa in the living area. The master suite features a Queen-size bed. It allows balcony access through glass-sliding doors opening to the balcony over-looking the ocean. It has a wall mounted 32" TV and a large mirrored closet. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination with double vanity.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. It has 32" TV and a large mirrored closet.
The third bedroom has a queen-size and a twin size bed. It has a 32" wall mounted TV and large, mirrored closet.

The guest bathroom adjoins the third bedroom across the hall from bedroom number two. It is equipped with tub/shower combination with double vanity.

Complete laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Refundable Security/Damage Deposit collected. Long term winter rates with discount available for months of Nov., Dec., Jan., Feb., and March.

The location of this property is absolutely brilliant- right across from a beautiful and not busy beach!! Add the front porch for hanging out with a view and it’s perfect.The interior space is generously sized although a bit dated and there is plenty of closet and storage space for unpacking. FYI, parking for more than one car can be a little tricky. We usually were able to get a spot for a second car but it wasn’t always available. There are basically 2 unassigned spots (the other 3 seem permanently occupied).

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed in Barbara's condo. We love the location and the accommodations, especially the front porch. It is convenient to areas we like to visit. We especially love that we can have our dog with us for our time away from home!

Pet friendly stay

Property was very nice and clean, and a short walk to beach. It was awesome getting up each morning walking the beach and watching the beautiful sunrises. I would definitely stay again!

This is our third time staying at Barbara Dean's condo. We absolutely love the location and view from the front porch looking out to the ocean. The convenience of the residential neighborhood and the walkways is amazing.

Kitchen was set up good. We had everything we needed. Stay was awesome great location and could see the waves perfectly. Only complaint is the one bed in the center room is hard not comfy at all had to put extra blankets down to make it comfy enough to get some sleep. But overall great place to stay!

We've been back here several times. It is a wonderful family friendly place to stay. AJ's Pizza is nearby and has the best pizza. Already booked for next summer.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property because I thoroughly enjoy this portion of Myrtle Beach Ocean front. I discovered it by chance while renting a different unit in Drayton House in year 2001. The unit was listed for sale, I looked at it and purchased.

What makes this property unique

It is a quiet location on the Golden Mile near all entertainment, restaurants, etc. Myrtle Beach has to offer. There is a city park located across street great for children.
The location allows for outside exercise for pets and their owners.
Balcony overlooking the ocean has a swing and bar height chairs for comfort and excellent views.
