Pet-Friendly Ocean Front Condo-Balcony -Overlooking Ocean

Condominium on first floor of a four-story building. There are eight steps to the landing at the entrance door. Located on Ocean Blvd in the City of Myrtle Beach, SC. This area is ten minutes from center of City of Myrtle Beach convenient to amusements parks, restaurants, shopping, golf courses and all entertainment offered.

Living room and master bedroom open onto a large balcony over looking the ocean and a Myrtle Beach City Park that is great for entertaining children.

Spend quiet time at the private, unheated pool.

LIVING AREA
With sliding doors that open to the balcony and a great view of the ocean and surrounding area. Furnished with queen size sectional sleeper sofa, recliner, two swivel chairs and a wall mounted 46" Smart TV with cable.

KITCHEN & DINING
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. Dining area seats six.

BED & BATH
This condo comfortably sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a queen-size sleep sofa in the living area. The master suite features a Queen-size bed. It allows balcony access through glass-sliding doors opening to the balcony over-looking the ocean. It has a wall mounted 32" TV with cable and a large mirrored closet. The en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub/shower combination with double vanity.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. It has 32" TV with cable and large mirrored closet.
The third bedroom has a queen-size and a twin size bed. It has a 32" wall mounted TV and large, mirrored closet.

The guest bathroom adjoins the third bedroom across the hall from bedroom number two. It is equipped with tub/shower combination with double vanity.

Complete laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Reservation Deposit required, Refundable Security/Damage Deposit collected prior to check-in.

Off season less than week stay accepted.

Long term winter rates with discount available for months of Nov., Dec., Jan., Feb., and Mar. Check in Saturday after 4:00 P.M.-check out Saturday prior to 10:00 A.M.

Motorcycles are not allowed.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Parking-one marked parking space and four unmarked

Pest Control enters every month on 2nd Wednesday

No motorcycles, No fireworks. No flags, towels, clothing, etc on balcony rails.

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed in Barbara's condo. We love the location and the accommodations, especially the front porch. It is convenient to areas we like to visit. We especially love that we can have our dog with us for our time away from home!

Perfect family get away

The location is perfect. Steps away from the beach and close to grocery, shops, and restaurants. Marked bike lanes made for safe biking. Definitely coming to stay here again.

Great location, beautiful view of beach from front balcony. We really enjoyed sitting on porch enjoying weather and views! Condo was very clean and spacious. Barbara was very easy to contact and communicate with. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Wonderful Stay!

We so enjoyed our stay! The kitchen was well stocked, wifi was strong so we were able to work remotely, neighbors were friendly and LOVED the front porch! Barbara was responsive and the place was clean and comfortable. The area had everything you need within a short distance. We have already booked our stay next fall. Highly recommend!

Great condo on Ocean Boulevard

We had a wonderful two-week stay in this condo. The views from the living room and porch are breathtaking, and the location is excellent. Access to the beach is easy and close, and we were within minutes of a variety of good restaurants. We were fortunate to stay in such a nice condo with our dog. We hope to be back again soon!

To be on N Ocean Blvd it was so quiet. It's a great location and a beautiful property. My favorite part was the porch swing and the serenity. The master bath needs some attention but other than that I have no complaints whatsoever. Check in and out was easy and we just loved staying there and hope to stay there again in the future.God bless you!

This was a wonderful place for our vacation. We loved the location, the view, and the front porch. The accommodations were just as described. The kitchen was very well stocked. The host was very helpful and responsive. Added bonus ... our doggie LOVED the porch.

Nice place BUT!

Super nice spot but. When we first walked in. Smelled like bleach very strong. Then as that wore off i could tell why. The entire stay the condo smelled like dog pee. The dinning room carpet was the source. It smelt like a dog was in there peeing on the carpet/rug several times. It was bad. 1rst fire the cleaning crew. They smelled it definitely and did nothing but cover it with bleach. 2nd. Throw the rugs out. I did reach out to the owner and let her know so i wouldnt be blamed. Its a shame people have no respect for others properly. But at the same time the cleaning crew should have taking care of the issue. I did get apologies from the owner but no discount. I feel like there should had been some compensation for smelling pee all week. Also. There was no TP in the place. Fyi there is no store or anyrhing to walk to at this properly. You have to drive to everything. Which wasent too bad but letting future guest know. Parking lot is very tight. Especially with a full size SUV. But other than the pee smell. Its a great location and my family had a great time. Note* i do expect some type of pet smell renting a pet friendly place. But the pee smell was very strong and over the top.

Fabulous property, owner, and location!

We would highly recommend and we will stay there again. We have been going to Myrtle Beach for 20 years and this location was the best and the villa was perfect! Barb was great and answered any question promptly. There are only 8 units in the building, 5 of which live there. We were the only ones that ever used the pool. Parking was fine and my son used one of the spaces in the front to park his big F150 truck. We used the 102 unit marked parking space in the back. Everyone in the building was friendly. We were all extremely pleased with everything!!! Kitchen very well equipped. Thank you very much, Barb. Our vacation was great😀👏☀️

Kitchen was set up good. We had everything we needed. Stay was awesome great location and could see the waves perfectly. Only complaint is the one bed in the center room is hard not comfy at all had to put extra blankets down to make it comfy enough to get some sleep. But overall great place to stay!

This is our third time staying at Barbara Dean's condo. We absolutely love the location and view from the front porch looking out to the ocean. The convenience of the residential neighborhood and the walkways is amazing.

Why they chose this property

I purchased this property because I thoroughly enjoy this portion of Myrtle Beach Ocean front. I discovered it by chance while renting a different unit in Drayton House in year 2001. The unit was listed for sale, I looked at it and purchased.

What makes this property unique

It is a quiet location on the Golden Mile near all entertainment, restaurants, etc. Myrtle Beach has to offer. There is a city park located across street great for children.
The location allows for outside exercise for pets and their owners.
Balcony overlooking the ocean has a swing and bar height chairs for comfort and excellent views.
