The island house was very clean with no issues and the communication was very fast. It was very close to the beach and it was an excellent experience. They provided everything needed even got the golf cart at a reasonable price. Will be back.

The Island House was perfectly setup for a family with pets. Thoughtfully stocked, this house was beautiful with nice furnishings and fixtures. The pet towels were very helpful and appreciated. This house was just the right size and so close to the beach. I will definitely recommend and book for our next Surfside stay!

Rainy Vacation

Although our stay coincided with a visit from Tropical Storm Debbie, we were able to stay in a beautiful home and enjoy more of the lical entertainment.

Awesome condo - clean - close to beach

This place is a gem. It is so close to the beach. It was very clean, very comfortable beds and sheets. Many extras included, even extra large bath towels, and dog friendly! My husband and I and our dog Jasper had a wonderful time.

End of Summer Vacay!

The townhome was in an excellent location, close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and pier. Very clean, plenty of linens, bed was comfortable. All the kitchen amenities you need, even a filtered water system. Also very clean!

Not Long Enough

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Island House! The only down side was the pollen but thats what happens in Spring! Quiet neighborhood, close to several restaurants and just a quick walk to the ocean! We had an amazing time!

last minute paradise

We couldn't have been more pleased with everything! Love the interior design, fit me perfect! Very dog friendly, my little guy is 13 and loves a morning stroll on the beach and the neighborhood makes you feel safe even walking at 3:00am!

Great condo

We loved the area and the kids loved riding the golf cart everywhere. Condo was very clean and nice, owners always responded fast and were helpful we loved everything about it. The only thing I would let others know is all 4 units allow dogs so be prepared to possibly hear barking.

We had an awesome visit. The hosts have provided literally everything you could need. The property is super close to the beach but also shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Clean, no issues. We've already recommended the property to family!

Great house! Great location!

Our stay at Island House B was great! There was a minor hiccup with getting in the house, but I was quickly able to get in touch with Bob and Melissa and they reset the code right away. The house had everything we needed and was super close to the beach. We rented the golf cart from them too and used it daily. We definitely plan on renting again!
