Cozy 2 story single family house on stilts, plenty of parking and room under the house for parking and outdoor living. Large open floor plan with lots of natural light uniting the kitchen dining area and living room, French doors opening out to large deck off the kitchen . There is breakfast counter with barstools, well equipped kitchen and washer and dryer on main floor. One Bedroom and full bathroom on the main floor and other 2 bedrooms and full baths upstairs . The living room has 2 pull out sofas, TV in all resting rooms so you can be entertained if you wish to be or sit back and enjoy the breeze of the ocean. Short walk to the beach, couple blocks from restaurants and many play-grounds. 10 minutes drive to Market Commons, Myrtle Beach, airport, golf courses, Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk and shopping.

Wonderful time

Our check in and check out experience was seamless. The house was clean and ready with basic needs like soap, towels …etc and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful week. House is one block from the beach, so easy walk back and forth. The owners were really easy to chat with and responded quickly. The house is pet friendly, and we knew that going in, but did find a lot of pet hair in the home. Kitchen is well stocked - overall, a great home and would rent again.

Beautiful home close to everything

We enjoyed staying at this home. It was clean, comfy, and located at a great spot close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Definitely a place we would come back to.

Love it!

We come with our dogs and have family vacationing there too. This is a great spot, close to beach and restaurants! We love to take the dogs to the beach and then dinner at one of the restaurants.

Short Baseball Trip

MJ is an amazing host. So responsive and eager to make your stay great. We stayed only for a couple days for a baseball tournament. Very close proximity to beach and attractions!

Good location and comfortable

House was as advertised. Comfortable. Wifi signal is a bit weak and the outside deck, stairs and furniture needed a good cleaning but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Nice getaway spot

The location was great and plenty of space for my group. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Appreciated having plenty of parking available for trailer and other vehicles. Only suggestion is to increase pest control visits as we encountered some unwanted "friends".

A Wonderful Life

MJ (host) was excellent. She communicated with us throughout the process and made the experience very welcoming. The house was exactly as described- very clean, well furnished, and in a great location. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly- lots of golf carts and dog walkers. Access to the beach was easy- maybe a 5 minute walk. Parking was also excellent- plenty of room for my large van and 20’ car trailer. Overall, I would highly recommend and most likely I will return next year.

Perfect Location

This house is in a perfect location on surfside beach. 1 block to the beach, plenty of parking, and clean. MJ was very responsive to texts and making your stay enjoyable. She welcomes suggestions and offers immediate resolution to any problems. I will be looking again to rent this house in the future especially for my son's graduation from CCU.

Christmas at the beach

Our family of 6 and 2 furbabies traveled to Surfside Beach for a week of relaxation. This was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything that we could need (including a crockpot). We were a short two blocks to the beach which was perfect for daily walks. I don't think we could ask for a better host. MJ reached out immediately to help us with planning our visit and making suggestions for places to eat and things to do. Our first night we had a slight issue with connecting to the Internet and she did not hesitate to communicate with us and make sure we got everything that we needed.

Attention!! Dont walk pets in this area! Prickly grass awns all over area with no pine straw!

The home was perfect, the weather not so much. ( not blaming anyone except Mother nature😉) Only sugestion , pehaps leave a sponge for dishes and garbage bags in the bathroom garbages. OHHH, and on the left back portion of the property( standing in driveway facing house)there is an over abundance of small spike prickly hurtful grass awns, "no beuno"!! for Dogs! It was in my pets paws, and face, it was miserable for the dog and I, trying to pull them off her! Something must be done about that or maybe just put a big warning sign for people.😳😿 PLEASE FOR OUR FUR BABIES SAKE!

This was our second year staying with MJ. As with last year, she was excellent to deal with. She even called us around noon on check-in day to invite us to check in early. The house is in a great location- very quiet neighborhood. The beach is an easy walk, and there’s easy access to King’s Highway for your evening meal. Parking is ideal for anyone needing multiple spots or a large car trailer. I will 100% stay again next year!

Awesome place to stay

The house has so much space, bathrooms and parking. It was a short walk to the beach. The owner was awesome and very fast to respond to any questions or concerns. It's dog friendly and that is a must for our family. Many amenities are included, which is an added bonus. I highly recommend. We had a wonderful vacation
