Modern kitchen with new appliances, wine cooler, washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart thermostat and ceiling fans. Primary Bedroom has a brand-new king bed mattress and tasteful decor. The open living area has pull out couch and 65" TV w/ soundbar. Fridge has new Britta water filter and unit is stocked with the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, coffee/tea, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, etc. Community has multiple pools, hot tubs, and BBQs. Includes covered balcony with golf course views and is located within a mile from the beach, a mile from Broadway at the Beach (Shopping/Restaurants/Activities), and just a few miles from the airport and all the main attractions!

This is an incredible place for a quick stay that still felt the comforts of “home”. The VRBO app was glitchy so I had a bit of trouble getting some check in info but the property owner was on call to support me morning, day and night. So grateful!

Condo was just as described; comfortable and outfitted well for our quick stay and needs. Quiet location and convenient to the sports center for our tournament weekend. Only hiccup was the actual unit number wasn’t provided in any of the communications/check in instructions but we were able to find it by looking for the lock and praying the code worked in the one we found. ;)

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. My wife and I traveled down for the week to take in college baseball games. We also played a few rounds of golf. The condo was perfectly located for our needs. The actual living space was exactly as displayed in the pictures, and the unit itself was in a quiet building. We would absolutely recommend staying here, and we will be back next spring!
