2 lights were not working. Floor was swept but not mopped. With barefeet we got dirty feet. No wine opener. Not enough good pans. Pans were cheap. Spatula was worthless. Not enough toilet paper so we had to use our own. Ice maker didn't work. Pool, ocean, were wonderful. Excellent German restaurant and polish deli. Neigbors were screaming at each other for 40 minutes

I really think if someone stays for 10 days there should be a place to refurbish the towels. Work out an agreement with the hotel.

Great place to stay. Right on the beach. Check in was a breeze. The only negative it can take 20-30 minutes to get up to your room. Elevators are very slow. But other than that no issues. Would stay again.

Our first time staying in this particular unit at the Patricia Grand. The unit was spic and span and exactly as portrayed on the Vrbo web site. We had a couple questions for Coastal Properties and they were answered immediately. Could not have asked for a better accommodation. 5 star all the way!

We booked a quick trip to relax. Booking was simple however the day before I received long emails and Vbro messages about the 101 rules of the room some were just overkill. We checked in and the Murphy bed had a mattress cover with no flat sheet. The cover had stains and holes. It's a per friendly suite but there was fur on the couch and throw pillows. The bedroom remote did not work and we saw two roaches. Communication was good and they offered to bring the sheets and check the remote the next day. Because check in is later in the evening and we were only there Fri- Sunday we did not want to waste our one beach day waiting around the suite for them to come in. They did offer to come while we were out but I was not comfortable with that given out valuables were in the room with no lockbox available. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness and presentation. The positive were it was very convenient access to the beach and pet friendly. The price was not worth the stay and I was very worried about the roaches. I would not recommend.
