2nd time at Patricia Grand, lots of great memories again made at this great hotel. Great location, walking distance to just about everything in the city and friendly service inside the hotel. The room was clean, in great order, balconies, kitchen, bathroom, internet and tvs all ok. Check out the new Polish Deli nearby for some great homemade meals!

The condo was exactly like the pictures and that view from every vantage point was extraordinary! One day I sat on the sofa and watched dolphins in the ocean. The kitchen had everything I needed although I didn’t think to look in the oven drawer for a sheet pan. I found it after a few days. Did I mention the wonderful bed? I slept like a rock every night. I may have to get a new mattress like this one. I read all the reviews of Patricia Grand and some things were valid complaints but you have to remember you are on vacation! If you have to wait a few minutes for an elevator it’s really not that big of a deal. The parking garage is tight if you have a large vehicle but if you go up to the 3rd or 4th floor you can take all the room you need.There are definitely inconsiderate and irresponsible pet owners that don’t pick up after their dogs and some the let their dogs pee on trash cans or cleaning carts and don’t clean it up but they really are few and far between. Most people with pets were great. Although I didn’t have to deal with the front desk people I did see the ones that kept the elevators, hallways and grounds clean. A “thank you for keeping the place so clean” goes a long way.Back to the condo with the wonderful view and comfortable bed. I stayed for a month with my dog and I really didn’t want to leave! The proximity to the beach, onsite restaurant, onsite coffee shop, pool area with bar and proximity to downtown with all it’s activities and restaurants is the best
