Clean, clean, I was surprised, I loved the view. It's a little small but it has everything you need. Best of all, I travel with my pets and they are more than welcome. It has beach chairs and an umbrella, which was excellent.

Room was perfect for my wife and I. Wished it was equipped with a few more items...corkscrew, blender, to name few. The process used for check-in and out worked perfectly. I would stay here again.

Property was welcoming to our two small Doggies & 2 humans. Everything in PG 1626 was accurate as described. King BedStudio was Oceanfront with incredible Ocean Views. Hosts were amazingly responsive to any of our questions. We highly recommend, but secretly do not want folks to discover this Gem, in the Patricia Grand, as we want it all to ourselves.

Cute Oceanfront Studio

This studio was perfect for our stay. The view of the ocean is perfect and location is great, very close to lots of restaurants and Broadway at the Beach.
