Upon seeing the poor condition of the elevator, I was apprehensive, but when opening the door to the room, I was very pleased. The entire condo was very clean and looked freshly renovated. I would definitely stay there again. The view was amazing. The manager was very helpful. You won’t be disappointed.

Nice decor. Kitchen seriously lacking in cookware. Needs elec can opener, pot holders. Elevator situation was awful, long waits with only one unit working.

The beds are not comfortable at all. The couch isn’t either. I would recommend upgrading these for a more comfortable stay. When people go on vacation the part they look most forward too is relaxing. Sleeping is huge .

Best room in the Patricia Grand!

I cannot thank Annette enough for a great stay. The pictures are exactly as shown, the place was spotless and the location is close to everything you need. The balcony view is amazing. I'm going to miss hearing the waves each morning. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone coming to Myrtle Beach. I'll be back again for sure!

Beautiful views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your unit. It was the perfect size for us and the beach views were spectacular. Our dog also enjoyed it—very pet-friendly environment. We look forward to visiting again next year.
