We'd love to share the incredible view of the gorgeous beach from a private balcony at our top floor oceanfront condo with you and your family. With two bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, deep sparkling pool, picnic tables, grill, and hot tub, your family can relax on a truly peaceful vacation. This remodeled, condo, nestled in quiet Windy Hill, is just minutes from shopping at Tanger Outlet, Barefoot Landing, and grocery stores, legendary Myrtle Beach golfing, and delicious meals at local restaurants. We've stocked our place with family games, books, so you'll only need to bring your beach essentials and you'll be ready for beach fun.

The complex provides security cameras covering elevators, common hallway areas and the pool and hot tub. No cameras are located within the individual condo units.

Sorry: APATB-Windy Hill is smoke-free, pet-free, and party-free facility. Also, no motorcycles or trailers are allowed.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave mattress pads on beds.
Clean dishes and return them to the cabinets,
Place parking passes on the rack by entrance door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, or fireworks are allowed on premises. Also, no weapons or service animals are allowed in the condo.
The 2nd bedroom contains a twin and a popup trundle, great for kids, but may not be comfortable for 2 adults for an extended stay.

Great view and easy access to the beach. Property owner was great in sending information. Very clean. Employees cleaning the pool every morning and very friendly. No issues with finding parking. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Wished we could have stayed longer

The property was exactly as described. It was fairly small, but a friend and I didn't need any more than that; 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with plenty of privacy between each. It was spotless (tip the housekeeper!) and the owner of the condo is exceptional to deal with. There are games and books...we made use of Scrabble almost every night! Five minutes from Barefoot Landing...perfect vacation, at a reasonable price.

Loved the condo! Although the balcony is pretty much a two person size. Could also use a better cable package, it seemed to be mostly sports! Thank goodness I brought my Roku module with me and I bought a 5 universal remote so I could change the tv input!
