It was ANOTHER GREAT experience at the Avista Resort! Great food and entertainment! Thanks Shannon for keeping such a clean condo and you can’t beat the VIEW! We’ll be back!

This property is amazing! It’s everything and more than what is listed and shown in the pictures. Great resort for families with plenty to do on site and at the beach. Highly recommend this property for all ages.

If you're gong to to be staying in North Myrtle stay here you will not find a better place or a better unit or better owners.

Great stay and view with minor issues

The view from the room was great. The room was quiet. I had to prompt the manager to get check-in details, but that was handled. The room was missing some cleaning supplies for the requested checkout procedure and the supply of TP was low. Those were minor inconveniences that didn't prevent a great stay. I would suggest a power strip be added near the nightstand on the right bedroom because the plug is hard to get to behind the mattress with the plastic shield.
