Awesome Oceanfront End Unit-BayWatch Resort-Great Amenities, Direct Owner Rental

If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, family-owned and operated condo with gorgeous, unobstructed, direct ocean-front views, this is it. Our two-bedroom condo is an end unit on the 17th floor of Tower 3 at the Bay Watch Resort.

You're just steps from the sand, shops and restaurants. Bay Watch also offers secure, covered, on-site parking for guests.

Our condo features newer updates, including gorgeous new flooring throughout, fresh paint, new faucets and new light fixtures.

We have a 42" flat screen HDTV and DVD player in the family room, and a 32" flat screen HDTV's in each bedroom.

Our large, ocean-front balcony is perfect for morning coffee, reading a book or enjoying a glass of wine.

The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower, as well as a private balcony with views of the beach and ocean. The guest bedroom is right next to the full, guest bathroom. Both bedrooms offer ample closet space. And, we regularly update the bedding in both bedrooms.

Our kitchen was remodeled with new appliances, cabinets and granite counter tops, Nov 2022 and is fully-equipped. We also provide an in-unit washer and dryer for your family's convenience, and we offer free Wi-Fi.

Bay Watch Resort is located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, SC.

We found the property very clean and well equpped for our stay. Our original reservation in March through our stay in June was very easy as the owner was very attentive to any questions that we had. We will certainly rebook for this property!

Great 3 night family vacation. Weather was perfect everyday. Condo was clean and spacious with a beautiful ocean view. Easy access to parking lot. Nice amenities such as pools, restaurants and ice cream right in property. Would highly recommend for your next vacation.

Ringing in the New Year

This was the perfect resort getaway to ring in the New Year! Charlie was extremely communicative and easy to work with and the check in process couldn't have been any easier. The condo was plenty big enough and had everything we needed and the resort was amazing. The pools couldn't have been more perfect and even the outdoor pools were open and warm! Great place for a family and excellent way to start 2023. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Wonderful beach vacation

Our stay was seamless from check-in to check-out. The condo was comfortable and clean and perfect for our family of four adults (my husband, 2 sons, and me). We really enjoyed the amenities as well (pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers) and the oceanfront location. Everything we needed was provided for our stay. The rules were easy to follow, but I think I may have forgotten to remove a couple water bottles from the refrigerator before we left, so I apologize for that oversight. Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay - thank you for sharing your place!

Nice view. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi

We stayed here for a week before Christmas. We like that the parking is close to the building. When we arrive however, the floors were sandy as if it has not been vaccumed or mopped. We had to sweep the floors with the broom because it was making our feet all black.Also, because the floors are not carpeted, whenever we move the dining room chairs, it would make a scratching sound and our neighbors below us didnt like it (they made it a point to tell us that they keep hearing scratching noises with the furniture) We had an issue with the shower switch not working properly. We are grateful that the owners are responsive and quick to address the problem.Place is well stocked and enjoyed waking up with a view. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the indoor pools.

Okay.. Not so much

Condo was not very clean. Very damp. I didn't notice the mold on one of bed skirts until I was packing up my granddaughters things. After getting everything packed. I went to my car and someone had scratched my new car all the down my passenger side. Went to front desk to ask about security cameras in the garage. Of course they didn't have any. Lady at the front desk said that happens a lot there. She said she pays to park in a different location. We have been going to Myrtle Beach area for years and nothing like this has ever happened. We will not be staying at Baywatch again. If you like to smell pot everytime you set on the balcony you will love this place. I personally think if you rent a non smoking room, that should mean no smoking. The kids loved the ocean and the pirate show dow. The street.

Overall a good condo.

Beds / pillows were comfortable. Elevators were fast. All appliances worked. More than enough chairs on the balcony with a table. Kitchen fluorescent light would only work if you flicked the switch several times, meaning the bulbs were bad. The dishes were put away wet and therefore the bowls and plates had water in the bottom of them. Freeks women out. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. One of the bedroom doors would not shut into the frame. The main TV remote did not function at all. Suggestion from the owner was to “check the input”, which has nothing to do with the remote. To control anything on this TV it had to be with the manual side buttons which was a real PITA. Of the two other TVs, one remote was fine, the other partially worked. You could change channels but only going down. No one comes to NMB to watch TV but you should be able to watch the news or a movie without complications. Several amenities on the property with nice pool chairs. They do vacuum the pools daily but the tiles just above the water line were filthy for some reason….oh…. maybe because they are rarely cleaned. Umbrellas and chairs for rent on the beach at what I thought was a reasonable price. People on the beach were considerate of others. The beaches were clean and people used the trash cans provided. This was a nice condo. There were some minor things off but for $$$ you expect things to be spot on. I think I would try another place before coming back to this one.

North Myrtle Beach is a great place for golf, beaches and family friendly activities. Bay Watch is a wonderful, family-friendly property. The indoor pools/lazy rivers are heated in the winter for all year-round fun. The onsite restaurants have great food. The buildings and grounds are well-maintained. The resort is centrally located for easy access to all of the activities in the area.

The Myrtle Beach community is warm and family-friendly. You can enjoy a great vacation and make great memories, without spending a fortune. (BTW, we recommend nearby shopping and entertainment center, "Barefoot Resort" and "Broadway at the Beach" for all ages!)
