The resort was beautiful and had more activities than anticipated. The unit was as described with clear views of the ocean. Unexpected surprise was the soaking tub in the unit. We will be staying here again.

The room gave a great view of the ocean, sun rise or sunset was awesome on the beach. After 2 days of rain the beach was loaded.The rooms had everything you needed and so did the kitchen.One last thing is the patio door did not lock.

Wonderful Stay at a fun resort

Our family had a wonderful time in this condo at the Avista Resort. We love all the pools and lazy rivers and the access to the beach. The staff is friendly and the condo fit us well. The beds were comfy, the AC worked great, two bathrooms is a plus, and the overall atmosphere and amenities were great.

Room was very clean ( highly important to me).We didn't like the beds but everyone has different preference when it comes to beds.Furniture not comfortable and not enough.View is amazing!Has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first trip to Myrtle beach and I’m so happy that we found this unit! It was bright, refreshing, and most importantly clean. We had absolutely no issues and did appreciate all of the staff at the resort as well. The only downside is the parking garage. It is tight and you have to walk across the street just that has nothing to do with the actual stay/unit and honestly isn’t a deal breaker.
