Anniversary trip

We drove in from Alabama, late Friday night on the 14th of March. We had no trouble at all getting into our place, the host were great, sent everything we needed to access the place. Everything was so clean and the decor was on point. Amazing view of the ocean. We will definitely be trying to book with Micheal and Kimberly again. You will not be disappointed with this place. The 'Cozy Oceanfront' condo was the ideal location for our trip! Hosts were very quick to respond and very helpful when it came to information. The condo was clean cozy and convenient. It was smaller than we originally thought but was not uncomfortable by any means! Its location is very desirable on a fairly quiet and unbusy stretch of road. We would definitely consider staying here again. Only con (which is not a reflection on the host) is that there isn't a clearance sign heading into the parking garage. Our chevy traverse with a rather large roof cargo unit scraped quite a bit going up and down. Only once. It was then we learned we could park on the ground level where clearence is much more sufficient. Be aware of your vehicle height. Other than that we had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My family really enjoyed staying here. The hosts were very friendly and helpful! Many great features like the secure, keyless entry made it very convenient. I loved the beautiful view from the fourth floor balcony. It is great being steps from the beach. We would like to return, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area!

Better than expected, view from the balcony was awesome, close enough to hear the waves. Comfortable chairs on balcony, nice breeze, sitting there easily turned into a tranquil nap. Great Irish pub and grill only steps away. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful beach front

We enjoyed our vacation stay here. The beach is great for walking and the balcony is outstanding for watching the waves splash into shore. The furnishings were well done and comfortable. Like most beach front properties, the unit is compact, but the space is used efficiently. The kitchen supplies were very adequate and seemed brand new. The host was very helpful in answering our initial questions.

Awesome Condo

Awesome Condo for my family’s short trip. The condo needed to have some emergency work done due to water damage from another condos leak but Mike kept me up-to-date with the proceedings and we were able to enjoy our stay. The location is amazing! Oceanside view and close to shopping and eating. Loved being able to just walk down to the beach! Only complaint was the sofa bed not being comfortable (which one are?) but the other 2 queen beds were comfortable. Would definitely love to visit again!

Cozy Condo

I love this property! The property manager communicated with us before, during and after our stay. He was available to answer any questions and did so pretty quickly. Check-in was very easy with the new security lock. The condo was clean and smelled so good when we arrived. It is nicely decorated and thoughtfully furnished. Our view from the balcony was fantastic. It was so quiet and peaceful during our stay and the beach was not too crowded. I can't wait until next year!

Cute but Small

We couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Kim and Mike are very nice and reachable at all times. The only disappointment was the size of the bedrooms. Some creative storage ideas are needed. More hooks on the doors, Hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. Also a full length mirror in each bedroom would be helpful! Great location to everything!!

Short Family Get Away

Our family took a short trip to the beach over winter break. My husband and I slept in one room, our two younger boys slept in the other room, and my teenage daughter slept on the sleeper sofa. From the moment I booked, the property manager kept in contact to let me know the information we needed. Everything was very clean and organized in the condo. The view of the ocean was beautiful!!! We spent a lot of time on the balcony. WiFi worked great so we could watch our streaming services and the kids could play their games with ease. The hot tub was huge and felt great! We would go back.

TORRENCES SUMMER GETAWAY 2023

The condo is beautiful, great Oceanfront views. I woke up early to see the Sunrise on the beach and read my Devotion! Well stocked condo. Rooms and TV's are a bit smaller then what I am accustomed to at home. However the balcony and Oceanfront made the differences. We had neighbors who decided to have a rap show on tneir balcony not once but twice. The owners supplied us with numbers to get it resolved. It took a second time to get it resolved. Around 9pm to midnight they were having an argument contest. By that time I drifted off and we left really early the next morning. The owners were outstanding! The condo was beautiful but the neighbors were unpredictable.
