Pristine Oceanfront Myrtle Beach 2 Bedroom Condo Free WiFi and Parking

SUMMER IN WINTER SPECIALS! Beat the cold, come to the beach!

This is a pristine 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo in the heart of Myrtle Beach at the Atlantica Resort Main Building.

The condo was renovated head to toe in Dec 2022/Jan 2023 with wall to wall new flooring, all new mattresses, vanities, appliances, kitchen cabinets, paint, and dining room furniture. The rental rate includes all sheets and towels for all 8 guests.

Our cleaning fee includes two services: 1) $85 Exit cleaning fee and 2) $65 Linen fee. These services are not negotiable, as the unit is cleaned and linens are washed and beds are made for every reservation.

This is within walking distance of the new myrtle beach boardwalk but a secure building location and steps from the gorgeous beaches of the grand strand.

The 14th Ave pier and restaurant are a stone's throw from your 9th-floor luxury condo.

We provide free fast WiFi and parking along with a 65in smart TV in the living room, and both bedrooms also have smart TVs. Also providing additional USB outlets in the bedroom lamps for your extra convenience.

The owner is local, so we keep the unit very clean! The cleaning fee also includes the linen fee, which includes linen, towels, floormates, dish towels, starter paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, dishwasher tab, and shampoos/conditioners.

You are also situated about 200 yards from the north end of the newly constructed Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. It was recognized as the nation's #3 boardwalk by National Geographic.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age and on-site during the rental period.

We truly enjoyed our stay other than the shower head in the main bathroom was horrible, the shower curtain had a lot of mold on it. Another thing I did not like at all was parking was a block away. We come to Myrtle Beach every year and for the price of this unit I was not impressed I thought it would be a lot bigger and for one of the bedroom to be oceanfront like all the other units we have rented. Our stay here was absolutely perfect! From the moment we booked, communication with the host was seamless…quick responses, clear instructions, and such a friendly touch that made everything so easy. The property itself exceeded expectations. The view was incredible. I spent every morning with soaking it in, and it truly never got old.The beds were wonderfully comfortable, making it hard to get up and leave for the day! Close to everything!

Really enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach. It was great to be right on the beach and near all sorts of restaurants and fun things to do. The condo had a beautiful view overlooking the ocean and had all the amenities and supplies we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment for cooking, and overall it was a great place to spend the week!

Amazing vacation!

Our stay couldnt have been better! The condo was so nice and clean, and Tara was so helpful throughout the booking process. We had just gotten notice from another host that they wouldnt keep out reservation, and we're honestly glad it worked out this way. We really think we would have missed out at the other condo. We can't wait to come back!

Fantastic stay at the beach!

A perfect spot right on the beach! We had two families stay very comfortably in this space. It was equipped with everything we needed. The ocean views from the deck were amazing! We enjoyed all the pools and close proximity to the beach. The boardwalk is just steps away. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here!

Our Myrtle stay

The place was perfect for our family. Enjoyed the view and how close we were to the beach. The only down fall was no supervision for the older kids in the pool. So the Lazy River pool was full of a bunch of rowdy kids. But all in all the place was great!!

Why they chose this property

Hosting over 14 million visitors annually, the Grand Strand is home to an array of tourist attractions, and the area receives a large influx of visitors during all seasons. Myrtle Beach hosts a variety of special conventions, events, and musical concerts. The area's attractions include its beaches and many golf courses, as well as a number of amusement parks, an aquarium, Legends In Concert, retail developments, a number of shopping complexes and over 1,900 restaurants including seafood restaurants.

What makes this property unique

The area also has dinner theaters, nightclubs, and many tourist shops. Also in the city is Myrtle Waves, one of the largest water parks on the eastern seaboard. The Myrtle Beach Boardwalk opened in 2010 and has been recognized as the nation's #3 boardwalk by National Geographic and one of the best US boardwalks by Travel + Leisure magazine. The Myrtle Beach Skywheel opened at the boardwalk in May 2011, and is a 200-foot (61 m) observation wheel, similar to a Ferris wheel, with glass gondolas that look over the Atlantic Ocean. This is the first wheel of its kind in the U.S. Myrtle Beach State Park, established in 1935, has just under a mile of Grand Strand beach and is a prime location for camping, swimming, hiking, biking, and fishing.
