Panoramic Oceanfront Condo on 7th Floor

Enjoy one of Myrtle Beach's favorite summer traditions! The weekly fireworks show takes place at the Second Avenue Pier, just a tiny block away from Oceans One Resort, every Wednesday at 9:00 PM through early September.

Planning a July 4th getaway? Second Avenue Pier hosts one of the area's largest Independence Day fireworks displays, and with Oceans One Resort located just steps away, you'll have easy access to the festivities and an unforgettable front-row experience.

Please note that there is ongoing beach renourishment/construction in the area. Some beach access points may be temporarily affected depending on the location of the active work zone. However, the beach is approximately 60 miles and is not a private beach, so it will not be entirely closed. There are many public beach access points nearby and along the coastline that remain available for use.

We absolutely loved the views, from the lights on the streets and rides of Family Kingdom and up the street to the beach! Also able to see sunrise and sunset from our room. Pools and kiddy areas very nice. All rooms very nice and clean. I'm not complaining but FYI for others, when you leave during the day, or not, it helps if you close the curtains in living and front bedroom because it can make it hot from all the windows. Once we closed them the temperature cooled down and were able to enjoy, at night its okay and are able to enjoy the views. Would gladly stay again!

Great location for our needs and the view was amazing. Not often you can view a beautiful sunrise over the ocean from the comfort of your bed. Access to parking was just across the street and always easy to find a spot. Would definitely return!

Great condo, wonderful views and super helpful host! Definitely recommend, staying on lower floors so you can hear the ocean waves, this was perfect of the 7 th floor. We went offseason to visit campuses in NC and SC. Found lots of sea shells and walked the peir.

Do not be fooled by the photos this condo is worn, dirty, and not as advertisedThe only thing this rental has going for it is the location. The listing photos do not reflect the actual condition of the unit.The pictures show a bright, modern, "exceptional" oceanfront condo. What we walked into was outdated, badly worn, and clearly not cleaned before arrival. The white leather furniture was cracked, peeling, and split at the seams. The kitchen cabinets were severely worn. The lampshades were stained and the headboards had peeling buttons. On multiple days, the unit reeked of cigarette smoke.The cleanliness was unacceptable. The jetted tub had mold and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The air-handler closet was filthy, with a clogged, dirty filter. We found a broken electrical plug — a genuine safety hazard with kids in the house. Even the common areas were neglected, with trash in the hallway and a fallen picture frame leaving shattered glass on the floor.We paid a premium price for a tired, poorly maintained unit that did not match the listing. When we raised these issues, the owner dismissed clear cleanliness and safety problems as "normal wear and tear."I'd strongly caution any family against booking this condo in its current condition. The photos are misleading, the cleaning is substandard, and the maintenance is neglected. Look elsewhere.

Great unit with plenty of space for a family of 4. Nice view to the beach overall, even though is partially blocked by the building on the left side, even though you still can enjoy a good view to the beach. The location is good, but we had too many people during the weekend of the 04th of July, so the place, the swimming pool, felt overcrowded.
