The pool and beach area were very nice.The condo was extremely clean. The hosts responded promptly to questions and were very helpful. Unfortunately, the new construction across the street made the ocean view smaller than anticipated.

The space is just as described, super clean and steps away from the beach. The property generally is a little dated, but it doesn't take away from the perks - cleanliness, space, closeness to the beach, but quietness from the distance from th boardwalk. The staff were great and there was lots of food places and grocery stores to walk to. Doesn't get better, especially if you are looking for a good deal and the goal is beach time.

Had an enjoyable stay. Wonderful view waking up to the sunrise out the lanai. Right on the beach, also has lounge chairs and showers to clean off the sand on the way back in. Parking as well was convenient.

This condo was perfect for us. This was our very visit to Myrtle Beach as we usually prefer the Gulf. It was myself, husband and our two granddaughters here for their Spring Break. Plenty of space and convenient to the beach (about a five minute walk). Obviously, the water in the Atlantic was too cold for swimming but we strolled along looking for shells and hunting for ghost crabs. The indoor and outdoor heated pools came in handy. I had a few questions once we arrived and the owners/managers immediately texted me back. Great communication. Easy check in and check out.The resort itself is a little older but maintained well. The view of the ocean is not direct (also noted in the description) but visible. The parking deck was obviously built prior to everyone driving larger vehicles as parking and maneuvering was tricky. That said, parking was convenient and close to the condo, and the owners/managers had already warned us about the parking deck. The resort is also close to everything and located in a very nice area/neighborhood of Myrtle Beach.The price point was good for Spring Break. Very nice and we would rent it again if visiting. Additional - if you are in the Myrtle Beach area, visit the Pirate Show as that seemed to be the highlight of the dinners for my girls (and husband).

This is the second year in a row that my sister and I have stayed at this condo. We love everything about it! Sharon has managed to make it feel like a Home away from home. This condo is a family dream realized! We love sitting and watching the water, beautiful sunrises, as well as storms from the balcony, and unlimited seafood options! Phil is a manager for a large industrial company. Sharon is a semi-retired paralegal and an always-available Nana.

Why they chose this property

After viewing many condos up and down the beach, we chose Grande Shores Resort based on view, location, and amenities. Because the property borders a residential area, the beach tends to be less crowded. There are restaurants within walking distance and Publix and Starbucks are a couple of blocks. Do you walk for exercise? Ask us about the two-mile walk that is right outside the door in a beautiful neighborhood. Plus....THE BEACH!

What makes this property unique

We work hard to keep our condo updated and amazingly clean! Our guests tell us that the PARKING IS THE BEST! Being able to drive up six floors and park outside the condo is one of our favorite features. Having a restaurant and bar on the property is a real bonus.
