This newly remodeled second-floor condo has an open concept adorned with beach décor throughout. Entertain or watch a movie in the open living room with a leather sofa and loveseat made for relaxing, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. Adjacent is the dining and kitchen area. Enjoy meals or a game of cards at the large table with seating for four and additional stools for two at the bar. Try out your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter space, small Keurig, basic pots, pans, and utensils. The guest bedroom (BR1) has a Queen over Queen bunk bed and closet. The guest bathroom is located in the hall with a tub/shower. The full-size washer and dryer are located at the end of the hallway. The large master bedroom (BR2) has a King bed, nightstands, TV, chest, and closet for your beach attire. The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower which is separated from the sink and vanity area, great for privacy and/or couples getting ready. The shared pool, hot tub, grills, and covered seating area are in the middle of this complex. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and bars are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.

Excellent - will definitely be back!

Condo was perfect! Clean & had everything that we needed. Only complaint was the unbelievable amount of mosquitoes at the property. Management said they were waiting for the city to come spray, but would suggest the property crew at least do some fogging in the meantime. I was covered in no less than 10 mosquitoes every time I walked out the door. Regardless, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Good property, but issues with management over pet fee

Hello, while we were happy with the property and the check in process, after we checked out, I received some messages on VBRO from reality/management stating they found pet hair on the couch. They provided 2 pictures of just the fabric showing something that may or may not have been dog hair. We did NOT have any animals in the propery and I stated that in my return messages. I requested more info on which unit this was from and who took the pictures and they claimed it was our unit. The next day I received a 'late' payment notice on vbro for the $500 pet fee. I responded that I would not pay for something I did not do. Later they charged my credit/debit card the $500 with no follow up. I sent another message stating I wanted someone to call and discuss this directly with me and I have not received any response. This is poor management to not even work with the customer and discuss this. There was no proof of where those photos were taken or even that what they found was pet hair, yet they charged a $500 fee that I did not authorize. I will not let this go and will not pay for something I did not do.
